Great Filter
I have always been a Fan of the K&N Products and I have used different types of K&N Air Filters for many years now. I have recently purchased this Filter to install in My 05 Yamaha YZF-R6 Street Bike and I would have to say that the Overall Performance level that is Awesome. The Bike actually feels like a whole other Bike now and it has much Faster Acceleration, with no Hesitation at All. The Filter Fit Perfectly and was very easy to install it right out of the packaging. Then I also like the fact that the K&N Air Filters will last for many years if You take care of them. If it would happen to become Dirty or anything else of that matter, Then just wash it out carefully and then spray it out with the K&N Air Filter Cleaner Oil and reinstall it once it dries.

Great filter, can’t go wrong. Spend the money
Can’t really go wrong with a K&N filter. Well built, sturdy, fit is perfect, and of course washable and reusable for years. This filter fit great on my 2004 Yamaha R6. You really get what you pay for with K&N. They are more pricey but can also easily last the lifetime of the vehicle when well maintained. I don’t know if there’s any performance difference but I’ll stick to K&N simply for the build quality and reusability. If you’re on the fence, spend the money. Get a K&N.

Great air filter but hard to position gasket lip.
Came in a nice box and was packaged properly but the box look kinda beat up. The built-in gasket lip that seals the air box is a bit flimsy and could be better reinforced with some thin metal wire, but price would go up. Might be worth it though.
