I liked the item. Is very easy to use.

It turns out these sleeves run a bit small. I first ordered an XL size for my size 12 feet but they were too tight, so I ordered another pair size 2XL and they fit great! Then I roamed around Wally World for a ouple of hours and my feet felt good for the first time in awhile.

If you just want something to keep your toe from rubbing against your shoe, I guess they're okay for that. And if your foot is small enough I guess they're okay. I measured my foot just like they said to, and I got the 2XL. Kind of hard to get on and if you're a man good luck! I have gout in my toe and I bought them to hold my big toe steady. I even have a narrower foot for a guy though, so if your foot is wide you probably won't like them. I wear a 10.5 and the 2x (largest they have) was almost too small. Obviously these are really made for a woman's foot I guess. These need to be made a little bigger but at the same time TIGHTER somehow. I have it on sitting down. It makes my foot feel a little bit better but if I walked around on it, it would probably come right off. They were only $14 so I'm not going to worry about it but I bought TWO sizes because I just had a feeling... The L/XL was way too small.

Useless item

It's hard for me to write a good review for this because I can see how it would be a good product if it "worked." First, the fabric of the compression sleeve is very soft. That's nice! There's also a little pad for the bunion, adding an additional layer of support and comfort. The toe slot easily slips around my big ol' big toe. It seems to be well-made and constructed. However, I picked up the 2X, considering my right foot is about 4.5 inches across, and I have high foot volume. This is what the size guide recommends! However, the dang thing is TOO LOOSE. What?! Every other review on here says it runs SMALL, which is what made picking the 2X size even easier. I don't know what to believe anymore! So, because it's TOO BIG, and the fabric is silky, it slides off my foot with little resistance. There's NO compression whatsoever, defeating the entire purpose of the relief sleeve! Also, because there's no compression, there's no tension, so there's no "correction" to the sleeve either. I'm disappointed, really. Easy return, and no, I won't be trying out a more "true to size" sleeve either. I recommend finding one of these things with the heel adjustment/strap to make sure it doesn't come off your foot. I also recommend finding a sleeve with a size adjustment!
