I leave detailed reviews for items that wholeheartedly Help Me On A Soulful level. I unfortunately deal with a significant amount of structural in-depth injuries from a rear end high impact MVA years ago whilst sitting stationary at a stoplight. I often look for products that could potentially help me and I know it's only temporary pain relief or items that could certainly help me throughout the day in terms of trying to make a living. So for reference I recently had hip surgery on my left hip but prior to the hip surgery I had a 9 to 11:00 labral hip tear, on my right hip I have hip impingement with another hip tear, I have a L5 S1 nine millimeter Central annular fissure Along with a 3.5 millimeter herniation and bilateral stenosis.. to top it off I have a C7 fractured neck C5 bulging disc and bilateral stenosis in the cervical neck as well as a 36-year-old young man who prior to this wreck was able to do anything and everything on my farm property as well as live a life without any significant pain... All in all I've tried dozens upon dozens upon dozens of different products various types of support belts as well as at home pain management and devices to even help with better sleep.. This belt literally has been a Godsend. The debilitating pain throughout my lower lumbar L5 S1 injury Caused so much debilitating pain That even with someone with extremely high pain tolerance I was just basically on my knees at the end of the day Even something simple as picking up a bag of groceries would cause flare-ups that would last Hours , days even weeks from it's excruciating structural injuries and nerve pain. When I tell you the moment I put this belt on I literally felt no pain... I'm not even embarrassed to say it but I did start crying because of the relief it gave me. For anyone who is literally on the edge of buying this item for their pain relief please I wouldn't have wrote this review for no reason especially given the length of the review. It's basically so simple you put the belt on and that's it. The quality is great adjustability with the velcro is wonderful besides seems appropriate for me but I'm 5'11 and about 160 lb with a 30-in waist size. They design is Wonderful enough to basically Where on top of my skin Which is One of the most important aspects for me. Ironically I became a licensed massage therapist due to these injuries that I just explained from this high impact rear end motor vehicle accident so having the capability to wear this underneath my shirt without any issues at all in terms of rubbing against you or it being uncomfortable.. so in that aspect besides fits for me but for someone who's much larger I would probably recommend looking into a larger size. All in all this is a five-star rated belt in terms of pain relief it's crazy man I have tried so many other belts that have even made my pain worse so of course going through the vast amounts of products on Amazon it's kind of really hit or miss and it's draining also cuz you never know what you're going to get Beyond people who leave quality reviews so that's why I'm leaving this review so for others who are on the fence in terms of being hesitant about buying this product just do it. This is wholeheartedly coming from someone living with severe debilitating structural injuries and from someone who truly became a licensed massage therapist due to the pain I feel and wholeheartedly wanting to help others find relief. This is also coming from someone who has a farm and also tries to maintain our 100 Acre Hilltop so with extreme limitations this belt has provided me the capability to do things that I haven't done in years... Of course I still have limitations given I can't use heavy equipment or anything else that would cause flare-ups but my goodness I am able to walk pain free!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how much of a blessing it is to feel this relief because anyone else who deals with any kind of chronic pain or any discomfort would understand exactly what I'm saying... I hope who actually took the time to read this review we'll find it helpful in terms of their decision making for purchasing this product to help with their pains. God bless you all and have a wonderful day. Also- please keep in mind to of course be very mindful.. how I am as an individual.. I don't have an offswitch, even with severe chronic pain. Just be very mindful in regards to what you should and should not be doing as always. Like for instance don't go move cattle feed or try to lift heavy weights if you're already injured and know your limits.. For anyone who has less significant structural injuries this belt will immediately be helpful as well. Just be mindful and be mindful how often you wear it because the more you wear a belt like this the weaker your actual core muscles become. I only try to wear this belt if I feel flare-ups and if I'm at my studio doing massage therapy or on the farm

Over the past two years since my back accident, I have had sciatica on and off, been to Physiotherapy and back and yet nothing seems to give me long lasting relief, until I found this product. Once again, this brand proves to be amazing and getting what it says on the box done. At first I didn't notice anything, but as the hours went by, I started to notice my back feeling lighter and more relieved. 24 hours later, I'm doing the things I used to be able to do with minimal to no pain, no effort at all. I cannot believe that this product has managed to provide me with this much relief. It is a soft, but strong material, I can tell this quality will last for a very long time. It is so comfortable to wear, I have worn it cycling and for stretching and core training and it has really helped to support me during these exercises. I have already had my back examined since using this and it has been confirmed that my tension is becoming less already. Things that were noticeable are becoming harder to find. I highly recommend this product and it's brand to everyone. Sizing is perfect too btw, I have exactly a 38 inch waist and there is still room with the smaller size.
