I have only used this for a few days and it's already become a favorite! Using it in the morning under my tinted moisturizer doesn't weigh my skin down at all and it lasts all day without making my face look shiny or irritating it. I love it's light scent, mostly quick absorption, and gentle tingling sensation. Even after brief usage it seems to be taming my rosacea-prone skin, lessening the bumps and cooling the redness. I must admit I have not tried it after a sunburn, YET, but would still recommend it highly!!

Ok, I have had red spots on my forearms for years. Not sure whether it was eczema or posarius. As I am not into chemicals I always research for natural products to handle any issues. I started using Cortizone-10. It helped some but the spots were still there, on my forearms. Then I started using Cerave moisturizing cream. It took awhile but the spots had reduced some but were still there. I used this twice a day for several months. Another issue I had was easy bruising on my forearms and the back of my hands. The slightest bump would give me a bruise. When that happened I started using DerMend bruise formula. It worked but it would take about a week, to get rid of the bruise. One day I was doing research on Amazon to see if there was anything else that was better for my issues. I ran across Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel. I read several of the reviews and decided I would give it a try. I started using the product on July 3rd. Twice a day for two weeks. In the morning when I first got up and at night before I went to bed. After the first week my spots started reducing and the redness was disappearing. I was really surprised that it started happening so quickly. It is so easy to apply and dries quickly. I dab one finger in the Gel and start to rub it on my arm with my hand. A small amount goes a long way. You don't need a lot. After 3 weeks all the redness was gone and so were the spots. I was amazed. I now use it once a day, first thing in the morning, when I get up. I also apply it to my face, like I said a little goes a long way. Something I was not expecting. I'm 85 and as I said I bruise very easily on my forearms. Slightest brush on a arm and I had a bruise. No more, I have not had a bruise since I started using this product. I was not expecting that at all. I got out of my truck this morning and I banged my left forearm pretty hard on the door jam. I thought ok, that is going to bruise. Now we'll see. Two hours later and nothing. In the past it would appear in minutes after the contact. My wife is totally amazed at how young my skin is looking. She just ordered some for herself. This is the first time I have used Aloe Vera and I am totally convinced that I will continue using this product for the rest of my life. For your info nobody has paid me for this review. I typically don't write that many reviews but I had to do this one. This product is amazing.

The size and quantity of this product are a great deal for the price -- a small amount goes a long way. Overall, I really like this product, but it was a bit different than what I was expecting. I had originally thought that it would be more of a lotion-type gel or thicker paste-gel similar to other Korean moisture products I've had in the past. It's actually a clear gel and a bit watery once you start to apply it (the smell is nice though -- it's very clean). It does moisturize your skin quite well, but it also has a sort of alcohol in it that causes the product to completely absorb into your skin. Some people might appreciate this if they don't like that feel of excess moisture on top of their skin after applying product, but for me it leaves me with a feeling of slight dryness even though my skin is hydrated? I'm not sure how to explain it proficiently, but that it the only (personal) drawback I have about the product. I prefer a deeper moisture because I typically use this after using my clarisonic, but the aloe gel is perfect for morning routines as it does not leave excess product on your skin, and your skin IS a lot softer afterward. In general, Nature Republic has good skin care lines so I would definitely recommend this one.

I recommend this aloe gel and have been using it for a little over five years. The best part of this product is that it lasts a very long time. I usually apply a little everyday and a bottle still lasts me 1 to 2 years, so I do not to have to keep buying it. This is a great aloe gel that fulfills its purpose and has been a consistent part of my daily routine for years. It keeps away redness and feels very hydrating.

Great product to use after too much sun exposure. Also good for burns (you will want to apply several times for burns until discomfort subsides) ..been using for years, makes a great gift for sun lovers !

*** I have dry, sensitive skin and have suffered from eczema my whole life. I bought a tub prior to a vacation to Costa Rica. I burned badly on my last trip and stocked up before leaving my home. THIS product was a godsend, It really helped heal my skin after a day in the sun/water. I also liked that it was a thicker consistency. I grew up with a mother who would lather me in aloe vera from her plant and I always found that when it dried, it made my skin feel drier? The thicker consistency gave my skin a dewey look and it felt hydrated for many hours. I am not sure what is in the other 8% of ingredients and would love if someone was able to find out and break it down. But if all the ingredients are safe for daily use I would recommend using this product everyday if you have dry and sensitive skin like me.

Water based gel and fast absorbing. Makes the skin soft and refreshed. Especially useful during hot and humid summer.
