Henckels Forged Accent 2-Pc Paring Knife Set, Razor-Sharp German Engineered

Henckels knives are our absolute favorite! They're incredibly sharp, comfortable to use, and make food prep so much easier. Even after regular use, they're easy to sharpen and hold their edge well. The quality is outstanding, and they've held up beautifully over time. We continue to add to our collection and wouldn't choose any other brand.

I like the quality construction along with the "sharpness" and agility of these knives. The blade to handle weight ratio is good. However, personally, I wish the knives had just a little more "heft" because I prefer a heavier tool in my hands. If you like light weight knives, you'll be pleased with this set. It is a pleasure using these knives because they cut easily fruit n veggies. I hope the high carbon steel allows the sharp edge to last a long time. Also, I use a wooden cutting board because its less abrasive to the knife's cutting edge. Overall, I like these sharp paring knives very much.

I love these knives. Needed good knives and didn't need a whole butcher block full of either-crummy knives or super pricey ones. This was reasonably priced and are exactly what I need. Comfortable grip and very sharp.

Sharp and reliable. Blades seem strong and extend through the handle for better cutting and durability. Only downside is the blade guard. It’s a tiny plastic cover that only protects the tip and is easily misplaced.
