Before I tell you about this product, let me give you some personal information about myself. I have chronic back pain. I have stenosis of the spine, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, and spondylitis. I had back surgery to correct one section of my spine. Of course, after that surgery, other parts of my spine got worse. Most of my back pain is on the lower left side of my back. After receiving these magnets and wearing them for about 8 hours, my pain level was significantly reduced. How can magnets stop pain? I DON'T KNOW! I am just glad that they do! These magnets come with adhesive discs that are excellent in keeping the magnets in place. I wear these magnets for about a week at a time without taking them off. These magnets have a thick, white liner. This keeps them from rusting or reacting with your skin. These medical-grade magnets differ from regular magnets is a few ways. First, the magnets are stronger than most magnets you can buy in stores. Magnet strength is measured in "gauss." A refrigerator magnet would have a strength of about 10 gauss, so multiply that strength by 500, and you get this strength. All magnets have a north pole and a south pole. When using magnets for therapy, the south pole needs to be facing your body. The poles of these magnets are clearly marked with indentations, so that you are sure to be using the magnets correctly. This package also contains "buttons" to help secure the magnets to your clothing in case you to not want then held on by adhesive disc. All in all, this is a great solution to back pain, and I would purchase these magnets again

I have nightly aching in my shoulder from an old rotator cuff tear. I placed just 1 disc with the holder on my tee shirt before going to bed that night. It was the first time in months that my shoulder didn't hurt & kerp me awake. Well worth the price. It's tge size of a quarter but vety powerful. Plan to save up for 2 more to tape on my petellar straps for daytime- bone on bone in both knees. Update: have taped one two, on each end if my pettalar straps & now wear 24/7. What a relief! Better than acupuncture and way cheaper in the long run. Have magnetic knee wraps with Velcro straps but these are more streamlined & comfortable. I forget I'm wearing my straps with the taped magnets. Have not had swelling or acting. I am bone on bone in both knees, moderate to severe. Putting off knee replacements as long as possible.

They warn you on the package not to handle these magnets like you can easily separate them. I read the warning and thought I got it. Here's what happened: The magnets are recessed in a card where each one is in a deep well. To remove one, they tell you to slide it off the card. Well, you can't. I thought maybe you had to remove the back, as it looked like maybe that's what they meant, but it wouldn't come off. (Later, I tried to peel off the back, and it is clearly glued on, so that wasn't it.) So, you have to pop them out. You can do that. As soon as the one I popped out cleared the top of the hole, ALL THE OTHER MAGNETS popped out of their holes and adhered to the one I had freed. They lined up in a perfect alignment, like a stack of pancakes. My fingers got pinched, and that's when I realized the power of these magnets. That hurt. You can't get them apart. I suppose if you have a workbench with a vice, you might pry them apart, but the ordinary person with just, say, a screwdriver or scissors, will not be able to separate them. They don't slide, or tilt, or anything. I may try to use them stuck together, but I'm giving that some thought. As it is, they are now worthless to me. It's one thing to know that if you deliberately put two together, they are going to stick like you wouldn't believe, but it's quite another to see them all fly out like they're alive in an explosion of magnetized power. I don't know how I could have handled it any differently. I read the directions, I was careful, but still had this accident. No, I wouldn't buy this product again.

I’m a Physical Therapist and I have patients dealing with pain every single day of my career, but I also have my husband who has been complaining of low back pain for the last 3 years, the pain has been there every single day, after playing soccer or tennis next day he feels overwhelmed with the pain, getting out of the couch at night after watching TV is a hurdle. I’m reading a book that talks about using magnets for pain management, magnetotherapy is a modality that has been widely used in therapy for many years but I didn’t know that small magnets would help to reduce pain. I decided to give a try to the magnets and bought two for my husband, he has been using 2 magnets in his low back for the last 5 days and the pain is at very low levels, no more stubbing pain when getting up or rolling in bed even the day after playing soccer the pain is not worse, I have personally given him exercises in the the past to help with pain but nothing worked, so far the magnets are working and I ordered two more to use it for his shoulder and mid back. He is happy with them. Pain has remained at very low levels, no more stubbing pain. The adhesive patches do not work, you need adhesive tape the one to use for bandages and the magnets stay in place without problem.

Don't ask me to explain why magnets work for certain muscle strains and the odd ache - I'm an engineer and when a friend told me about the miraculous reaction to magetic therapy he experienced when suffering a back-attack; something we share in common, I scoffed. But while hunting last year my back went out when I swung a leg over the seat of an ATV and I was bent - any of you who have experienced this know exactly what I'm talking about. It takes about 2 weeks to completely recover from one of these episodes, and it's at least a week before you can function near normally, and I couldn't wait that long, so I asked to use the magnet. Next day; pain greately diminished. By the end of the second day, nearly pain free. That had never happened before. Never! I've used the magnets for 3 of this type of back pain events and I've recovered quickly each and every time. There is NO REASON I can think of why this should be, but I'm living proof that it happens. Magnetic flux strength is measured in Gauss, and these magnets are among the strongest you can find. I'm recommending them, but I'm not explaining them. Just accept the miracle and move on!

I just received these magnets today 12/14/21. I opened the small box and as I was taking out one magnet, the magnetic force grabbed the others so hard, one shattered into many pieces and cracked another below it. I tried so hard to pull them apart but they are currently stuck together and need to be pried apart with something non metal. When they first shattered, I got hit in the face with one piece and was so happy I had on my glasses or it could have been ugly. This was my experience and I’m sure once these magnets can be taken apart from each other, I will be able to use them. Just be extremely cautious upon opening.

These do a good job pulling blood to an area of a tight muscle to get it to release and stop causing pain. The product recommends wearing them for 2-3 days so the adhesive is very sticky so they stay in place but they leave a lot of sticky residue that takes a lot to remove. I have had to use goo gone to get it off. With my sensitive skin this isn’t great but it is a small price to pay to get the relief they provide. The relief is not immediate but very helpful to break the cycle of pain.

I'm a chronic pain sufferer-had two level cervical disc surgery about 7-8 years ago. I have been trying pain blocks and RFTC procedures to help with my pain....but it's up and down. I also wish I didn't have to take medications AT ALL. I'm a very skeptical person, however, when you're living with pain daily...you will try anything with good reviews. Before attaching magnets-I was taking Norco 10 every 5 hours -max of 4 per day, along with Advil and Tylenol on top of that every four hours or so. This has been every day of my life for the past 6 months, for sure. Not much difference between any successful procedures, because I still had residual pain. After attaching magnets (I placed one-dimple side to skin-on my neck, close to spine, above where my fusion is (because I believe that's where my problem is-loss of flexibility of joint above fusion). The second magnet-also dimple-side-to-skin...I placed on my upper arm/shoulder area...because my pain sometimes goes down my right arm. (mentally was thinking of above point a of pain signal-to-below point b-which would cover anywhere near/around my right shoulder) The first DAY I only had to take ONE Norco and NO other meds. Second, only 2. I've maintained only 2 a day so far! I'm planning to also replace my ball chair's ball so that my posture at work is back into a healthy position....and be more vigilant about stretching and traction therapy daily...in hopes that I'll be off the medication altogether. I highly recommend these magnets for my problem (can only speak for myself, ya know) Oh, I also purchased a (less powerful in gauss) "Quilted Magnetic Therapy Pad With 32 Magnets" on Amazon to slip under my pillow cover, so that I get all night of therapy, as well, while sleeping. (now I want to save & get an entire mattress one day!) I do believe I get better rest, as well because I do not wake up with pain returning soon & feel more rested. I'll try to remember to come back and update review later for an update.

These are very good. I have arthritis in more than 60% of my body and it used to take me 20 minutes to get out of bed. I now can get out upon waking up. Not everyone responds to magnetic therapy so if you don’t get relief, it may not be due to the magnets. It works for some and not for others

My mom was in a lot of pain, and she's used many products for knee pain, but nothing really worked. I read about magnet therapy and decided I'd buy this product for mom. As soon as she used the magnets she felt immediate relief. She said she didn't feel pain the whole time she wore it and could walk without pain. We are so happy to have come across these magnets. I know everyone's body is different, but give it a shot, it may do wonders for you too.

I liked the idea and thought they helped but the magnets are so strong they will fly to each other and I can’t get them apart . One is already cracked because the hit each other with such force
