Very Quiet!
It does exactly what it says it does, cools CPUs! Unexpectedly this shipped with a small packet of thermal paste (didn't use) but good to have for those without some on hand. Helpful hint: At first I thought it was broken because I couldn't get the LEDs to work. There is an empty space between the outer jacket and inner connector overmold, and I kept sticking the pins in there (my bad). After making sure the actual connector was seated on the pins I didn't have any more problems. I almost gave it four stars because of this, but then I remembered the price to value ratio and kept it at five. Fan is very quit, both the fan speed and LEDs work great with my ASUS motherboard.

Great for tight spaces
Love this cooler. Put this into a small micro atx case looks and works great. Good thermals.

Cool enough and looks good
I bought this for my wifeโs computer upgrade. Her AIO was failing so I got this โuntil we get something betterโ. Well she loved it and doesnโt want something better ๐. Temperatures are fine for regular gaming (she mostly plays WoW). Itโs on an i5-12600KF (no overclocking) and runs idle at 33 degrees Celsius and under load Iโve never seen it go above 78 and thatโs the peak. As far as quality it felt right but not super premium. Itโs a good value though considering how cheap it is. It is also pretty silent!

Did I Use It to Cool the CPU Kinda???
I purchased this CPU cooler fan not to cool mu CPU directly at all. I got it because the case I had for my build needed a fan in the rear; I wanted a RGB 80mm type fan. To my surprise this is a hard thing to find at least in my experience. So me being me I looked elsewhere. I saw that this CPU cooler fan came free from the heat sink quite easily the pictures actually make a big deal of it. After that I was sold hook line and sinker. You can see from my picture that the fan is separated nicely with standoffs on the rear and placed on the rear exhaust of the case and bingo ARGB fan where none other would fit. It's very true that the RGB is a bit on the dull side and a bit dim so I wouldn't go for this one on top of your CPU if I was in your shoes but that's just this guys opinion, and hey I didn't use the fan for it's intended purpose so hey what do I know after all. It works great for me and has kept a couple of degrees C out of my case as a result of it's placement; that's success in my book for a tiny fan in fact I may put in another since there is just enough room for two. great for price
love the design and how well it works with my cpu in my gaming pc. however, I've had it for over a year and a half and the LEDs are staring to wear out. but i will still recommend if you want a step up from the default cooler.

Does not enable full performance on an i5 12600K, but it's cheap!
This does not keep my i5 from throttling under heavy load. But it's quiet at idle, it was easy to install, it's so far been reliable, and it's all I expected for the price. I compare this favorably to the traditional Intel stock cooler. Intel does not include a stock cooler with the K-series chips for obvious reasons.

PC Tech of 30 years - the Great vs Bad things about this cooler
I am computer builder of 30 years and I am not an easy customer to satisfy. I build for bond trading firms and gamers.. which demand the best in the finished product. This product could have been 5 stars, but Vetroo let us down with a couple features for this particular new release. Were they too eager to rush to market before thoroughly testing? Let's explore the pros and cons. The build in this review uses the Vetroo LGA 1700 cooler... on a 12th gen Intel 13-12100 CPU... mounted on an MSI mATX series 600 motherboard with four ONBOARD video ports. (There will be NO extra video cards.) The CPU came with an Intel stock 'push-pin-mount' cooler, which was warped... and I got into a big argument with their RMA department. This is what made me shop for the Vetroo cooler. The RAM on the board takes 32 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3200 RAM and a 4th gen Samsung 980 Pro SSD NVMe. What sets this system apart from most builds, I am using an InWin slim case. The case is wisely designed to move air from front to rear in a manner that keeps components cool for higher end quality builds. My previous system build with nearly the same components... had a larger, boxier mini-case.. with room for a cheap $20 tower cooler made by an off-market Chinese company... that chilled this same CPU to 30 degrees Celsius at idle. That's 90 degrees F for our USA readers. That is like.. WOW! However, the InWin case in THIS review is more restrictive, having 3 and 3/4 inch clearance to the lid cover. And that is typical for most mini-ITX builds, though my board is mATX. And since the Vetroo cooler claims to be built with both aluminum and copper (a big LIE on the main page) and a strong silent fan... and after looking at the special brochure drawing to brag about its architecture, I expected the results on THIS system to be close to my larger build. I am disappointed to show you, that it was not even close. The most alarming concerns of this Vetroo cooler is that it is too tall... and it does not have a copper core. The center aluminum part that touches the CPU should be more wide... and it only covers half the CPU plate. When placing this inside a low profile case, there is NO way there is sufficient surface contact and air flow for this cooler to be rated at 95 watts. As you see in my photos, upon system startup with the case lid off... the cooler starts running in my bios at 35 degrees Celsius. Not bad. But the A/C in my house is at 74 degreed F... which is very cold. Once I cover the case, the temperature rises about 4 degrees. Considering my case has an intake fan and out-blower Silverstone PSU, this means that something is happening to the airflow once I cover the case. I suspect there is restricted air intake clearance between the top of the fan and the case cover, maybe 1/4 inch. Had the cooler been wider at the core, used real copper at the core and been shorter in height, with less space wasted on making the impeller look like a spaceship cone... I believe I might have seen 8-10 degrees in better cooling. Final testing... Once the system got running and was performing updates, I downloaded Core Temp (the free app on the internet) and saw readings closer to 42 to 45 degrees Celsius. I find these temps acceptable, but I am also in a very cold environment for testing. Lucky for myself, the client who will get this machine runs their business at cooler temps, also. and now for the POSITIVES... The positives are actually great... and I EXPECT Vetroo to fix my listed issues and compete with the other brands, who are getting many things wrong.. which make their products problems even worse than Vetroo problems. For example, this cooler is SILENT. Whisper quiet. That is nearly a miracle. Another positive... is the motherboard-back-plate-screw-down mounting. For myself, this is a must have. Push pin mounting is a DISASTER. (Vetroo does NOT use push pins.) I have experienced many coolers rip off motherboards when shipping because push pins are plastic and age with time. Also, if you do not mount a push pin perfectly, it is destined to come loose in the future. Finally, once you remove a push-pin cooler, it never remounts again with the same integrity. Because Vetroo uses the backplate and screw down method, I think they are worthwhile for me to purchase in the future. The color LEDs on the cooler are very attractive. I did not use the special color wire. I let my bios just run the colors automatically. The Vetroo cooler is beautiful in appearance when mounted and will look nice on any smaller build.. that also has a see through window that shows the motherboard. If you use this cooler in a less space restricted case, I think it will give the cooler the breathing room it needs for better efficiency. I want to see more from Vetroo, I have NOT crossed them off my list.

Awful mounting bracket bent the motherboard. Poor thermal transfer
Two major problems with this fan: 1. The bracket is poorly designed and creates an arch on the reverse side which will **bend your motherboard**. Hopefully people catch this before it permanently damages an expensive main board! 2. Poor thermal transfer: Mounted on an i7-12700k. Even with on optional contact frame/thermal spreader, the CPU was still hitting 90C during soak testing. Replaced with a Hyper 212 and thermals dropped to 75C under the same load. Avoid this fan and spend a few extra dollars on something that is designed to work with your motherboard and CPU. Do NOT trust this fan to protect your modern, expensive hardware!!

LED's already dead
All but one LED is working after 4 months. Really disappointing

Not strong enough
Bought for a 12700k, had to buy something stronger as it was near or at 100 degrees celcius while gaming.
