4K@60Hz TV Docking Station

I love this dock for my steam deck! It’s got plenty of ports for keyboards mouses and usb and the sleekness and modern look is great and works with a case on the steam deck too! I wanted to buy this because I needed one.. this had no reviews, I wanted to see if it was a good product and let people know about it since Valve hasn’t released a dock for the steam deck yet. And I gotta say this is a must have if you wanna play on your monitor or tv and have your steam deck charge while you play! Decent price and it works so well! Of course we could have the deck by the tv but we find it more useful near us to utilize the controls from the deck. Still better than a regular usb-type c hub. I strongly recommend this if you’re looking for something that can cast the display from your steam deck and charge it at the same time!! 10/10 great product. I’m trying to not sound fake lol, I’m glad to be the first review being someone who preordered the deck over a year ago and just got it recently lol

I have say yes this dock has issues but company went above and beyond to make things right. Please look for upgraded dock with Ethernet built in it's amazing!

Since Valve won’t give us one I tried this dock. It works awesome. It looks almost like the official dock they recently unveiled in Tokyo but 1) you can have it now and 2) it works flawlessly. I purchased a spare power adapter so I could keep one for travel but you don’t need it. This runs with your original adapter. It displays to the tv well. I don’t see any lag and it looks good! I play games through it often with a wired USB XBox controller but that is just one of many options you can use. I also use a wireless mouse and keyboard through a usb dongle.

This base is pretty good for the cost and does exactly what it says on the box. The USB-C cable transfer rate is enough to keep the system charged properly. USB and HDMI ports have had no issues since purchase, even after having dropped the base when I bumped into it accidentally. Only issue I have with this at all is that the grip tabs that the base sits on and that the Deck sits on are not very grippy. I would recommend getting some additional grip tape to ensure the dock isn't moving about. Other than that, 4/5 stars. Good value for the cost, wish it were a bit more secure.

If you have the Steam Deck, you need the Dock. The is perfect for quick setup. Does NOT include power; does NOT include cables.

I had a steam deck and bought a cheaper alternative steam dock, it bricked the entire system after about 2 days. This one has been going strong for months! just make sure your powering it with the correct power supply, and it'll protect your deck!

The dock itself is very nicely crafted. Says it’s rated for 100W. Using a 65w adapter I plugged the steam deck a mouse and portable monitor that needs very little power and then connected a 4tb seagate portable drive and it didn’t have enough power for that drive and did not function. I had to go to my desktop and move whatever files I needed from that drive to a 512gb 3.0 USB stick. I plugged that in and it worked. Also understand and take note that this is not 4K 60fps but 4K 30fps.

Great way to turn your steam deck into a console/PC. Utilizing the charger that comes with the steam deck, I found this did everything I wanted it to do. It charges the device, provides a cradle for angled viewing, allowed a USB mouse and keyboard to connect and had HDMI output. It's not very robust, but with the weight of the steam deck it stays put. Think switch cradle without a switch in it.

Bought this to play the steam deck on my TV. And guess what, it works! Great actually, no issues. And compare the price to valves and it's a no Brainer. Now I can play it on tv like a console.

Got this to play my steam deck on the tv. Works perfectly. Could have used a bit more weight to it but it's quite sturdy. Works well with the xbox360 controller receiver too.

Everything about this dock was great except that it does not charge the deck. If you plug your steam deck charger into the USB c on the dock you get a notification on steam deck saying it is not a powerful charging until and will eat battery instead of charging it.

The product works as advertised and as described! The HDMI does output 60 hz and the games run smoothly on the secondary screen! So far, so good! Great dock at a great price (since the official dock won't be out for some time).

I wanted to buy from a brand that's more recognizable but hey, gave this a try and didn't regret it. Works great. Looks great. I like that it's just solid black all around. No big unnecessary logos. Thanks
