It tastes like ice cream with protein powder mixed in. I like these because they are much easier to use then the pills you have to swallow. Because they are chewable I don't have to worry about having water handy, which makes they very portable. I usually just take one right before my first bite if the cheese in minimal. If I'm eating pizza I will take one for every other slice I eat. It makes a huge difference on how I "feel" the next day.

Lactaid Fast Act Chewables are great if you are lactose intolerant , yet want to enjoy dairy without discomfort. The tablets are very convenient- no water needed, just chew and go. I use them every mooring for my yoghurt. Within minutes I notice a big difference; no bloating, cramps or heaviness. The Fast Act really lives up to its name. And they taste fine, slightly sweet, not chalky at all. Coverall they are reliable, portable and easy to use. I highly recommend them.

Literally saves my life. I truly would not be able to eat diary without it. My stomach really hurts. When I take this I literally feel nothing. I can eat buckets of diary and would never know. Truly recommend for other people that are lactose intolerant. Heads up, the taste is a bit weird but so worth it!!!

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed as lactose intolerant. She has severe debilitating stomach cramps anytime she eats anything with even a tiny amount of dairy in it. Her doctor recommended the Lactaid, and said to give her 1/2 of the chewable tablet right before she eats or drinks anything with dairy in it. It really worked! My daughter is now able to consume dairy without the debilitating stomach pains! She is so excited to be able to have cereal with real milk, ice cream, cheese etc. This product is amazing. I'm so thankful that there's something like this available for my daughter and others like her. I did have issues finding the chewable version in stores near me. I had one pharmacy order it the first time, but that's just not convenient as they would have to order it each time I needed to buy more, it takes forever for them to get it, then I would need to drive there to go pick it up. I'm glad I'm able to order this online and have it delivered to my door. Now we can make sure we have enough so my daughter never runs out. We did have issues with the order at first, the caplets (pill version) were sent instead of the chewable tablets, but Amazon was awesome and they fixed the issue immediately and sent me the correct stuff. *Thanks for the awesome, super-fast service Amazon!* I would definitely recommend the Lactaid Fast Act Chewables to anyone that is lactose intolerant, and also anyone that isn't able to swallow the large pill version of it. As for the taste, my daughter says, "they taste like yummy vanilla ice cream" - her words exactly! So if you like vanilla ice cream then you'll probably enjoy the flavor of these. I added some pictures. One picture shows the size of the tablets. They are a little smaller than a dime, and not very thick either. They are super easy to break in half also, if you only want to take half - like my daughter. I also included a picture of the ingredient/nutritional chart on the side of the box, as well as a picture of the back of the box that shows the information regarding how to take them and how they work. One more thing, the price here on Amazon is way cheaper than what I would have to pay in a local store. I'm also getting more by ordering them through Amazon. The box from the local store only had 32 tablets in it, and it costs around $10-$12 for that. Here on Amazon I can get 60 tablets for around $13 (plus shipping). To me that's definitely worth it. I'm also not wasting gas and time driving to a store to buy them. I will definitely be buying these from Amazon again!

Product didn’t really work for me the whole bathroom is now brown and the tables themselves didn’t taste great ether, tho I like the packaging!

I got these Lactaid Fast Act Chewables for my 5-year-old son and they have been really helpful for us. I especially love the chewable form because it’s much easier for him than trying to swallow a pill. We use them when he’s going to have dairy, and they’re very convenient to keep with us when we’re away from home , it taste good and takes them easily, which is a huge plus with a 5-year-old! Very practical and something we’re happy to keep on hand.

I am lactose intolerant. Chewing one or two of these tablets with the first few bites allows me to eat dairy products without the usual stomach issues. The individually packaged tablets are easy to keep handy.
