I love that this heat gun has two operable settings for low and high heat but also a dial that kicks it up or down for both settings. I needed a heat gun that could bend PVC pipe for a project I'm working on. I have been using the second setting at medium range on the dial and it's still putting out a good amount of heat. I'm happy to know it can dish out more if I need it to. The low setting can get as cool (or cooler) than a hair dryer if you want it to so it is very versatile. The gun itself is made very well and doesn't feel cheap, it handles nicely too. When I first plugged it up and was playing around with the settings I let it warm up slowly before kicking it into high gear, cause after waiting desperately for this thing to get here I didn't want to burn it out. Not saying it would but I've read a ton of reviews on cheaper heat guns on Amazon and the number one problem is they either don't get hot enough or they burn out. I've only been using it for 3 days so far and I'm happy it's going well. Of course there is a new but very faint plastic smell when you first turn it on, no different than when you buy a new hairdryer and use it the first time- nothing serious or hazardous. The range on this thing and flow can be altered by the given other 3 metal attachments that came with it. It also came with a bag of different sized heat shrink tubes, some plastic shrink film? and a paint scraper of great quality! I really like the handle on that thing. TLDR: Works great, take the chance and try it out. Worth the money because of good quality and heat settings+ bonus items

Works great, durable, easy to use

Works as intended and a nice complete kit. Used on electrical heat shrink crimp connectors as I have been repairing a lot of electrical lately on my trailers and boat. Decent package for the price and if using on heavy duty waterproof heat shrink crimp connectors you will likely need to use one of the supplied smaller nozzles to get hot enough to shrink and seal. Im sure I will use on other projects when needed. If you use a heat gun a lot you may want a heavier duty unit but for the occassional removal of paint/emblems or for heat shrink tubing or heat shrink connectors this price point is hard to beat for a dual temp and variable air output heat gun.

La pistola parece muy buen producto pero, mucho ojo para España, funciona a 120 voltios. Enchufarlo en nuestra red puede suponer un riesgo. Hay que qbonar la devolución a pesar de tener Prime.
