Great dehydrator, fast delivery, works very well. I dried everything in a week :-) This is my first machine. I wanted something without unnecessary electronics, so it's fine. IT'S WORTH KNOWING THAT THERE'S NO TIMER - ONCE YOU TURN IT ON, IT WILL WORK CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL YOU TURN IT OFF. I didn't know about this, but it doesn't bother me because the drying time is long, so I turn it on overnight and check in the morning to see if it needs a few more hours to dry. Product faulty after first use
I have had this product about 1 month. It has been used only twice to dehydrate lions mane mushroom. First use had no issues. Second time, upon turning it on there was a squeaky sound that lasted a few seconds. I have just tried to use it again but it is making a terrible noise and could smell burning plastic instantly so I turned it off. Please see video that I have taken showing this. I believe if left on it would result in a fire!

You get what you pay for.
I bought this just as a cheap thing to see what it’s like. After my first use dehydrating apple slices, I believe the fan had warped from the heat and started making a loud scraping noise. It got to the point where I wouldn’t use it because it was too loud.
