Absolutely love using this herb it's downright earthy bitter taste yet hint of sweetness makes it perfect to add to hot and cold drinks, cereals, and yogurt. The reasons I purchased Amla ( will continue to do so ) are immune booster, effectiveness, texture, head colds, and lastly the smell. I can not make claims on its ability for hair growth because have not used it as such. Overall, Amla is my go to cannot go without !

I purchased to help lower my blood pressure. Please start checking yours when you take it! Mine has come down considerably, I didn’t expect so soon after taking it. Mixing 1/2 teaspoon daily with warm water. I love this product.

Update: My small town Dr. wanted to see the heavy metal testing report on this. Terrasoul sends it if you call and request it. Yes, Amla and Triphala both tested very low. UPDATE: June 2018. I have been using 1/2 tsp per day since I bought this in Oct of 2017. My Cholesterol went from 178 (not bad) down to 152! Seriously, I didn't buy this for cholesterol control, but just for the antioxidant potential. Just wanted you to know it does work for lowering cholesterol. Indian Gooseberry (AMLA) has been used for hundreds (thousands?) of years for the treatment of many medical conditions and diseases. This MD has several videos that detail scientific studies on this product. It is the best antioxidant on the planet. Interesting reading/viewing there, you will be impressed. The dose he recommends is 1/2-1 tsp per day. It's pretty dry and dull tasting, so put it in a smoothy or something. This organic brand is highly recommended for purity.

This is definitely high-quality amla powder—pure, organic, and fresh. You can tell from the color and texture. That said, if you’re new to amla, be prepared: it’s very tart and earthy. I mix it with a spoon of honey and chia seeds to balance the flavor. Great for digestion and immune support, especially during cold season.

Best used in smoothies. It helps with digestion. I have noticed easier bowel movements after using this product.

You can also mix in water. It has a slightly tangy taste so I prefer it in a smoothie. I also love that it’s a completely organic product—no additives or preservatives. It’s a fantastic addition to my daily routine!

Great non acidic, non gmo source of Vit C & antioxidants. Amazing that the Amla retains almost all of its nutritional value despite being dried/powdered. Really like that Terrasoul tests for impurities. This is an excellent product at a great price. Amla capsules are more costly. This powder mixes well in a 1/2 cup of water or juice & doesn't taste bad. Mixed in applesauce, it tastes awesome. We use it almost every day. After doing research about safe supplement/superfood powders to take with a particular kidney disease (Bergers disease/iga nephropathy), I see amla's safe. New studies are proving that co-q-10 in the form of ubiquinol stops any further damage from occurring from iga nephropathy. It's said that amla only enhances these effects. Please check for yourself if you have kidney disease. ***ALSO using for older kitty with kidney/stomach issues-(daily vomiting). I add it to her soft food & she's nearly stopped throwing up! It is a great stomach medicine for cats. Proper dosages can be found on holistic/natural vet sites, online. We LOVE this Amla powder!

We got this for my mom to help with hair growth. It was a little slow in getting into her system, but she is seeing new hair growth. Taste is a little bitter, but in her smoothie she really likes the flavor it adds to the smoothie.
