No idea for the item in detail. Generally speaking, and based on my personal experience, 'used: like new' could have a lot of meanings, each one for every seller. Surely it was built at least once, all main pieces should be there - but no one can give it for sure with such a large number, believe me - and no idea about their conditions.

Yes, though only on certain sections such as the landing gear and the main access flaps on the top.
