It works
Has Worked well. I did notice my stress level less- had a 'calming' feeling and I didn't feel overwhelmed and my moods were better. Also, my focus was way better and combined with the calming feeling I was able to be more productive and organized. I started with one pill a day, then moved to two to keep the focus and good mood throughout the day. Pills are easy to swallow, there is no taste, but I do recommend to take with some food as it did make me slightly nauseous on an empty stomach. Overall, it works well and will keep taking.

The Product Works; The capsules seems to be clear plastic
The product is effective and does enhance your mood. The one complaint I have is with the capsules. They seem to be clear plastic and are difficult to swallow. Every morning I debate whether I should simply open the capsules and pour the sam-e over my cereal or yogurt. I am not sure if that would make the sam-e ineffective. So I continue to swallow the capsules which I am not sure will be digested properly or cause stomach issues. I will go back to buying a different brand.
