I started taking this product about a year ago. I was having ED at the early age of 40. I did a lot of changing my diet, exercise, and taking known herbal supplements, including this product. Thing definitely changed for me, but over time I got lazy and stopped taking some supplements and such. ED problem started up again, and I went back into the cabinet and started taking this supplement again as there were a few weeks worth left from when I stopped taking it. I didn't change much else in my diet and took no other supplements. Almost immediately I noticed a change in my erections. It wasn't a placebo effect because I would wake up in the middle of the night with a raging erection (sorry for the bluntness but just want to be honest) for several nights in a row. Same happened during my nap time (I work early morning hours and take a morning nap to supplement lack of sleep). During "times" with my wife my erection was much harder and lasted the entirety of our "time". She commented on it too. Although I cannot be sure that this supplement is the sole reason for this change, I know it is a great possibility and will continue to take it and recommend it to others for this condition.

This is actually pretty potent. Not strong as in jittery caffeine like/heart racing kick, but it’s mild, yet enough to keep you awake until 2:30 am if you take it around 3pm, especially if you add a cup of coffee after lunch. So it works well for steady energy, but i think it’s best to take only in the morning. I got burned twice already with my eyes wide open at night from this. Because unlike caffeine that kicks in pretty quickly, this is a steady energy boost.

I actually felt a difference using this capsule as opposed to the liquid and it is so much easier to take w/ other supplements in the morning than having to wait til the afternoon to take the liquid because the liquid would upset my stomach if taken in the morning. The capsule is obviously so much easier when traveling and the potency of the capsule seems stronger than the liquid.

I bought this for one reason to increase my libido. So far I have purchased 3 bottles of these from Amazon. At first I purchase quite a few different items and slowly worked through the products. As time went by there were a few that I ordered again. This was one. The second order I felt like the quantity was lower than advertised but I didn't count them when they arrived. So I stopped taking them. The reason I purchased any of these items stopped working properly which is discouraging for the other products. So I purchased a third bottle and counted after opening them. The quantity was correct and the reason for purchasing these started working again. I haven't noticed any other effects but the one. It seems all the other herbs didn't hold a candle to this stuff. I will be purchasing more and counting each bottle as they arrive.

This stuff seems to work ok. I was using NOW foods panax ginseng, but that required me to talk much larger doses to feel the effects. However, this product is way too strong for me to take an entire capsule. I end up diluting one capsule in a tablespoon of microcrystalline cellulose and taking very small amounts of that mixture (taken this way, it probably takes me more than a week to use an entire capsule). If I take too much, I get super drowsy and I can not really think clearly for the next 24 hours or so. But overall, this is a decent product. Additionally, this product can give me some, well... digestive issues. To fix this I've found that mixing a few capsules of digestive enzymes (currently I use the ones from Source Naturals) into the mixture described above essentially eliminates this issue.

This product has passed the muster of ConsumerLabs and that's all that really needs to be said about it. This company produces a quality product that contains the amount of ginseng they say it contains on the label. ( In the world of supplements, this is high praise) As with most supplements there are a lot of crazy theories on what they can and can't do. Ginseng runs the gamut from helping impotency, reducing blood sugar, ADHD, and increasing energy and vitality. Some of these are backed by convincing studies, some are more preliminary findings. Ultimately though I can only review on my own experiences, after I take one of these pills in the morning I feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels that is not there if I don't take the pill. I have suffered no side effects of taking it, and have incorporated it into my normal daily ritual to only positive effect.

These are probably the only supplements I've noticed that increase my energy. For those struggling with general, constant fatigue and trying to find supplements that will help, I can definitely say that this product is worth trying. You shouldn't expect a super effect, but when combined with other foods and vitamins and physical activity, I can say that it will boost your energy.
