Quit putting it off and just buy these already!
We were broken into twice in June 2022. We’d been talking about getting cameras as there are condos going up across from our home which brings lots of new faces on our street. After we were robbed, I went on a deep dive into the home cameras and ended up with 2 brands. Turns out we’re keeping both, and here’s what we loved about these: • Night vision is crystal clear. Even after washing the carport and forgetting to clean off the lenses, you could still see perfectly. • Installation was a breeze • There is a circle of LED lights surrounding the cameras that can be set to strobe briefly when motion is detected. My main goal in purchasing cameras wasn’t to CATCH someone, but DETER them. (Plus it scares the vermin that mess with my plants at night 😇) . • They also have an 🚨 alarm 🚨 sound you can manually set which is an added layer of ‘get-the-F-off-my-property-before-I release-the-sharks with-lasers-on-their-heads’. **{you can’t set this feature for certain days/times, only manually, which is room for improvement that will surely be added at some point}** • Multiple users in the house have access to the cameras/live feed/alerts/mic etc 🔸 things to consider 🔸 ~ these aren’t wired, so eventually they will have to be charged. If you wanted cameras outside/away from electrical things that would need an electrical engineer to wire in a whole ass security system and for renters, this is actually a much easier system. ~ it uses recognition software to start detecting regular faces/vehicles. It will still alert you of their presence, but will indicate familiars with emoticons. ~ you can zoom in on the cameras but not rotate them. Mount them lower than you originally think so faces are clear even if someone is wearing a hat. ~ Like ALL of the home cameras on the market, keep in mind this is not a replacement for HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS. It’s meant to deter and be eyes/ears for your home, not partner with your local first responders/911 •• The Ring cameras have a neighborhood community that keeps you posted on break-ins etc, but here’s why I don’t care- that’s only for people with Ring Cameras, and doesn’t include all actual criminal incidents. My neighbor’s didn’t announce our break-in to the neighborhood so what’s the point other than more unnecessary anxiety. I want MY home and family safer and if you’re reading this, you do too. I already know there’s shady shitbags out there, and thanks to these cameras, they will know we can see them & will hopefully move on or get some Jesus or jail time or something. 🟨BOTTOM LINE!! 🟨 We love these. Excellent value, camera quality and overall very happy after having them installed for over a month. Just buy Dzees because sharks are endangered and lasers are expensive.

THESE ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GUYS!!!!
Guys when I tell you these cameras are literally the best I’ve ever came across. Very easy to setup. Not to mention how good the video quality is both day and night vision super clear. The audio is very clear also, I’m in another country and I’m able to log in and talk to my family through the camera. I don’t regret buying these definitely gonna buy some more.

Works Well, BUT...
So... These cameras work, BUT, there are some things to consider: 1 - The time and date on the cameras WILL NOT update properly if your internet connection is poor. My cameras currently show the timestamp from the 21st of June (6 days ago), and not today. Even though it is still recording in real time. 2 - If you go around your cameras a lot, they will go off A LOT, regardless of the motion detecting or any other settings. This is good, but, gets rather annoying if you have your phone on you, and suddenly get 20+ notifications because the camera detects every little movement that you make and notifies you. 3 - These cameras need to be charged. They do not take batteries. You plug them in and charge them. So far, my batteries last about 2+ weeks if there is nothing to detect. The simple recording live feed does not take much battery life at all. It is when it detects motion that the battery begins to be used a lot. Overall, for the price, these cameras are worth it if you need a simple security system to detect motion and alert you of anything suspicious. It has great options and they can be placed just about anywhere.

Good features and price.
This is the second Zumimall camera I purchased. I had a void I needed filled which did not require an expensive camera to connect to my DVR based system. I found this one on Amazon and the specs appeared to meet my needs. When I received the camera I wanted to test it out in different locations to see it's functionality. So I mounted it on a 2x4 so that I could move it around. The first test or experiment was to put it in our back patio to test the night vision. We have a cat that comes in and out at all hours of the night. Also we have many other creatures "pass through" on their way to porridge for food. I found the night vision to be very good. The camera captured our cat roaming around our patio every time he came out of his cat door. In addition, on one capture, it caught a skunk cruising by. The second location I placed it in was a the top of our steps coming up too the house to monitor any persons that might come up the steps. Again, the camera performed well. However, there was a lot of street traffic (cars) in the background so I had to dial down the motion detection. In both of these tests I found the camera to be satisfactory for my needs. The battery usage increased as it recorded more traffic which was to be expected. I see there is an option for a solar panel to charge the camera. You may want to consider it. This would eliminate the need for unscrewing the camera from it's mount in order to charge it when necessary. There is a "ding" alert that sounds on my iPhone anytime the camera detects movement. There is a setting to silence the ding for 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 12 hours. I didn't have a need to be alerted every time so I set the silence to 12 hours. I would like to see an "off" setting as an option. The resolution of the camera ia very good. Even inn the night vision mode. One thing I especially like about this company is the detail they put into their operation manual. Following the instructions the installation is very easy. And their email support is very good as well. just consider the difference in time zones if you submit a question or concern. There are several time durations for recording. I have mine set to 20 seconds. You can set it to "auto" which will record up to 3 minutes. Since I focused on the features that were important to me, Ii give the camera a high rating. There is al cloud storage option which provides even more features and functionality of the camera. I'm not a fan of cloud storage and you can insert an SD minor chip to record to. I actually just had it set to record to my iPhone. So I give the Dzees camera a thumbs up.

Great product was skeptical at first but turned out great
Just got these cameras the other day for my shop was looking for something wireless and came across these the price is what caught my attention was well priced compared to similar listings. Got the cameras installed and setup everything was easy to do myself and setup was very simple just follow the instructions provided even has a feature to share your feed with other ppl on the app that I thought was nice. Resolution is great for a wireless camera the only complaint I have so far is when using the two audio the level of volume is kinda low coming from the camera. Everything else seems responsive the quality of the item is great. And there adjustable to any angle you may need. Will be doing a follow up review once I have had them up for a bit to how the battery life lasts. I would recommend this item it is a great product overall at the price for two $60 can’t beat it

I really wanted to like the Dzees cameras...but they're just not dependable.
After reading reviews of many brands I purchased two Dzees cameras at the same time and received them on March 22, 2023. My main needs are dependability, affordability and long battery life. For this review I'll refer to them as camera #1 and camera #2. Initially, both cameras were easy to to charge and set up. Both cameras had strong WiFi signals and 100% battery levels. Camera #1 was installed at the front of my house and camera #2 at the rear. Both cameras are installed beneath the soffit of my roof and have unobstructed views of the area they are aimed at. During my initial testing I discovered that camera #2 would not detect human movement unless it was within 12 feet of the camera. Camera #1, however, was able to detect human movement at about 25 feet. So I returned camera #2 as defective and received a replacement on March 28, 2023. The replacement camera (camera #3) was easily charged and set up with no trouble. As with camera #2, camera #3 showed a strong WiFi signal, 100% battery level and was installed in the exact location as camera #2 was. Camera #3 worked flawlessly with normal human detection range and long battery life...for about 7 days. This morning, April 5, 2023, I awoke to find camera #3 offline and unresponsive. Nothing I could try would bring it back online. Meanwhile, camera #1 continues to work flawlessly and after 16 days of use still shows an 86% battery level. One other thing I'll mention is that a firmware update was completed for both camera #1 and camera #3 on April 3rd and was successful. Did this have anything to do with the demise of camera #3? Who knows but this whole ordeal has been quite disappointing since the number 1 need that I have for a security camera is dependability. Should I have given these cameras a 3 star review? Well, camera #1 has been a 5 star so far and cameras #2 and #3 have been 1 stars so maybe an average? In closing I'll say that I have ordered camera #4 this morning and it will be here on April 7th. This will be my last attempt at this so camera #4 better redeem the Dzees brand. Big shoes to fill indeed. Edit 04/17/2023 - I charged, set-up and installed camera #4 on April 8th with no problems. On April 16th, for absolutely no reason at all, camera #1 has gone offline while camera #4 is still online. I have been able to determine that a camera going offline can be manually turned off and back on to bring it back online. Unfortunately, this is hard to do if you're away from home. In conclusion, I've decided that these cameras are just not dependable enough for me to risk my home security on and I'm reducing my rating to 1 star.

Performed as specified, good software (see update)
Update 3/22: I am updating my review by lowering the rating to 3 stars due to the disappointing performance in the past few weeks. The camera app initially has a feature called "smart push" where you can fine tune the motion detection notifications and define a "hot zone". These are great features and it worked well, until it was cut off after 30 days. You must sign up to the monthly fee of minimum $3/mo and that was what I did. However, after the smart push was restored the software no longer functioned as before. The delay in notification seemed longer and sometimes none at all. It used to detect my cat coming to the front door waiting to be let in but now it rarely detects it and when it did there is a event and video recorded but no auditable notification sent. I followed the instructions and sent several feedbacks on the failed events but so far no resolution. Most of the cameras on the market today require a server connection and a custom app in order to work. The delay in response and failed notifications could be caused by the server communication latency and bug in the app where one of the updates made it worse. I have returned 3 other cameras for the same reason and I thought this one was an exception but no more. Since I missed the return window I will probably cancel my smart push subscription and move the camera to a different location where I only need basic motion detection. -------------- I selected Dzees camera by accident. Few months ago I bought a camera of a different brand and it did not work very well. The motion detection was spotty at best and the phone app, vicohome, would crash often. I googled the issue and got a link to Dzees support and they actually helped diagnose the problem and suggested I try their app. I did and it worked flawlessly since. When I needed a 2nd camera, I went to my Amazon history and tried to get the same camera but it got redirected to a different camera so I bought it. It had a different app but worked well for couple of months then started to have the same spotty motion detection and software issues. I tried to use Dzees app but it won't connect to the new camera. I returned it and tried 2 more cameras, each with a proprietary app, but none worked the way my 1st camera did with the Dzees app. I then tried to search the Dzees name to see if they also makes cameras (I thought they were just software) and found and bought this one. It did not disappoint me. The support is excellent. The firmware in the camera gets updated regularly. The app is easy to use with no constant pressure to buy the cloud storage or flooded with ads. There is a short delay between the motion detect event and the actual notification. I think this is due to the fact that a remote server (the cloud) is used for all camera functions. Depending on the location of the server and how it is set up, the delay can be significant or none at all as in the case of the other failed cameras I returned. The camera has an internal battery and needs to be charged through a micro-USB connection so if the camera is close to a wall socket then a USB charger will work well. If not (as in my case) I had to run a line from my 12v garden lighting and add a converter to get it to 5v. The line is active only at night so during the day it is running on battery. It works well so far. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. My cat too as he can again come to the front door and be detected and be let in.

Solid, Reliable WiFi Cameras
These are good cameras and are a staple in my home. They are easy to connect wirelessly and use remotely. The picture quality is excellent and the camera has a night / low light setting. The audio allows the user to communicate with visitors clearly (and shockingly), depending on wifi strength. The system has a mobile interface that connects several cameras at once and allows for easy remote viewing. Camera connectivity is generally stable and cameras themselves have lasted better than a year - even outside and exposed to the elements. Battery life is decent if unplugged and on a mid setting, but best if plugged in or connected to a solar panel. For all of the above, these cameras are very cost-effective and can often be had in bulk. Highly recommend these cameras and have purchased for myself and others.

Impressed
UPDATE: had issues with one of the cameras always needing to constantly be reset and not functioning properly. Reached out to Dzees support and had superb service from Stefan who responded quickly and shipped us a replacement. Our other working camera caught the delivery driver tossing the replacement camera from our driveway to the top of our 7-step entrance. Lucky it didn't break! One of the great perks of having these cameras 😉 So far, very happy with our cameras and the service received from Stefan at Dzees. Original: shopped around for a good security camera that would work well using Wi-Fi and would be reliable. We came across the dzees camera and decided to purchase the set of 2 after reading the specs and reviews. Set up was very easy. We set one up on our garage to view the driveway and entrance to our property and one for the back of our property. We decidedly to purchase 2 solar panels to keep the batteries well charged and 2 sd cards for back up. We are still figuring out the sensitivity of the cameras because the notifications go off frequently but an easy fix, is to set the do not disturb. There is a lot left for us to learn with the cameras but so far, we are very happy with our purchase. Customer service are quick to reach out which is a plus. We feel much better knowing our property and belongings are easily monitored day and night. We had almost given up on purchasing security cameras until we came across these. Very impressed and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues.

Excellent product, price and customer service!!!
I purchased the CG6 wireless security camera based on a lot of research and positive reviews, and I am a very satisfied customer. For someone like me who is not tech savvy, it was easy to set up and the Dzees app is very user friendly. The picture quality is also good, day and night – was quite impressed with the night vision (see video clip). The motion sensor is quite sensitive, but you can change the sensitivity level. It took me a few tries to get the right angle as it wasn’t picking up outdoor cats, and now it does. One of the most important features for me is getting the alert notifications which provides added security and peace of mind, especially when not at home. Another bonus is that the video recordings are also zoomable. During the first week of use, the battery level was already at 47% so I contacted customer support. Within 24 hours, I received a response back from Stefan who was very helpful and learned that viewing the videos live frequently and for longer periods of time would drain the battery quickly…so now I mostly view the videos when I get an alert. You can also schedule the sleep settings so it doesn’t drain the battery. I have had a few more email exchanges with Stefan, and he has always been very prompt and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this camera for the price, easy installation and setup, and excellent customer service. Normally I don’t do reviews, but this product deserves a 5-star rating!!
