So far good on first week
Very well packed. Tested properly by seller. No signs of damage. All accessories sent. Only issue is sound which may be normal for 5KW generator. If needed for medical devices, like oxygen generator, then go for inverter generator, which are quieter. Seller sent via Bluedart courier which was wise decision. AK Power Group responded to queries and can even contact them directly. Remember to check break-in of generator before full load usage.

Pathetic Product and service
The generator stopped working within three months of purchase, and no one responds to the service number for support. When such a high-value product is sold, at least reliable support during the warranty period is expected. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Affordable and quality product
I bought this product for welding purpose and since 2 months I frequently used it and found that it is good generator for welding 2.5mm electrode and can also weld 3.15mm rod effectively

Great product
Received the gen set after good length of waiting after the closure of deadline but the delivery was bit faster lowering my anxiety. Its a moderate size unit simple and sturdy. Can be started both on self start and on recoil starter. Operation is very very simple and easy and love its simplicity. Thanks to seller and amazon for such a wonderful product.
