Can I use these for things like mouthwash?

I use them for dishwashing soap (easy to squeeze when washing pots by hand) and they tend to leak a bit and get messy. I would think something runnier (like mouthwash) would also have a tendency to run or drip...

Can you use acrylic paint with them?

These bottles would work well for that purpose.

What size opening do these have? I need a 28mm opening to fit sawyer water filters on.

Don't bother buying these. The opening gets clogged constantly and I threw them away.

Can this bottle dispense one drop at a time?

To get just one drop out, just mash bottle slowly. I use them for dish soap, shampoo and hair conditioner.
