Wasn’t sure what to expect from a “foot hammock,” but this little thing made a huge difference on my last 8-hour flight. It’s super easy to set up — just loop it around the tray table, adjust the strap, and you’re good to go. I loved that I could adjust the height and shift between different foot positions during the flight. Helped a ton with lower back pressure and leg stiffness. I’m about 5'10" and it worked great, but I can definitely see it working for both taller and shorter folks. The padding is soft but supportive, and it comes in a compact travel pouch that fits easily in my carry-on. No issues with bothering the person in front either — it just hangs quietly under the seat.
