I get distracted easily so I bought this adorable kit and said ok I’m going to light a candle and not let myself be disturbed or distracted until it burns down. While it burns I will pray and read my Bible. It has worked well. Yesterday I looked at my Oura ring stress levels and noticed an off drop in the day. Like it is steep - from stressed to restored. Care to guess when that tiny blip in my day occurred? If you guessed during my Bible time as the candle burned you would be correct. The case is lovely- I’ve ordered a second one for travel. The size is perfect and these are absolutely dripless. I have a different candle holder that isn’t as pretty as the one in the kit that I use because the one from the kit gets a little hot when it burns compared to the other. Scent is nice - earthy - smells like Earthbound pretty much. Not exactly my scent but decent. It’s a little pricey, but because it’s so well put together I’ve bought another.

I didn’t know what to expect really, but this is perfect! The candles Serve as a timer for your meditation, which is kind of cool, and it comes with the candle holder, instruction guide, and this really delightful, smelling bomb that you rub on your pulse points. Highly recommend, and would definitely purchase again.

This is a really nice set. It would make a nice little gift for someone who has anxiety or a birthday or for any other occasion. The candles are extremely small, smaller than chime candles. That would not bother me, but the holder they give you has only a slight indentation to hold the tiny candles in place. That is a fire hazard for me, and it would make me nervous using it as it is easy for them to tip over, so I plan to drip some wax from another candle in for the smaller candles to have a place to sit more safely. Larger chime candles should fit into it though once you need a refill. Other than that, it is a nice set.

Relaxing, mindful things come in small packages. This tin is a real wonder. It would make a fantastic gift for anyone who practices meditation, or anyone in need of taking some extra time for relaxation and care. I'm really impressed with the quality of each part of this kit. The case itself is sturdy, and it's beautiful with the embossed design. I like the card that comes inside, giving some tips on a stress-free 20 minute rest/meditation. The oil balm is calming. This makes it super friendly for travel, no worry about an oil dripping out. The candles are beeswax, which makes all the difference. They smell amazing and burn clean. The candle holder itself is really impressive. It has a good weight to it and I love the engraved words (nice reminders of why you're there). You can see how clean the candle burns in the last photo, there's barely anything left. What a joy to light the candle, both for use as an item to focus on but also to not need an electronic or jarring alarm. A lighter easily fits in the kit, making it 100% ready for use. There's room for small crystals and a small strand of mala beads. I am using this at home right now, and will restock it as needed. I think I will buy one just for my suitcase, so I have one ready for travel.

I was expecting scent from the candles, but nothing. I do have the 5 piece rub on perfume and they are so nice.

At first, I was surprised at how small the candles were. I love meditation and I love candles. I didn’t realize this kit was for fans of both. So I opened the container and laughed at the size of the candles but quickly realized they are small so you can burn one in a 20 minute meditation session. (The Ideal meditation length should be between 10-30 min). The size also allows you to slide everything in your pocket and bring with you anywhere. That way anytime you need a reset it’s there. The candle didn’t drip over at all until the very end. There was barely any wax left in the little wax stand they provide. The essential balm is AMAZING!

These are lovely, I bought them for my partner originally, to help with taking time to relax. I now use these to as it helps you actually take 20minutes to yourself. Helps you to just sit and relax, switch off. Watching the flame is quite calming. Smokeless and no smell which is great. Love the little candle holder, it’s nice and compact. Lovely kit.

Beautifully packaged. Great amount of burn time to allow reflection and mediation time. Neat quality tin to keep everything together and safe. Good value and able to restock.

This is small but mighty, the scent is really powerful, you can tell they've used real essential oils in their blend. It's very easy to use, just rub some of the balm on to the pulse points then inhale the aromatherapy benefits. The mini wax candles are an interesting concept. I could imagine this being a great gift for a yoga teacher. It is quite expensive for what it is but I can tell that's due to the high quality ingredients and materials.
