What is the max height? I'm 6'6" will this support my height?

As the maximum weight is supported by the machine without the person?

I ordered the machine in the picture but they sent me a totally different machine and I ended up stuck with an inferior machine because they refused to pick it up and it was very expensive to ship back. Please be very careful dealing with this company!!!

Can you use 45lb Olympic plates? (The current extension/curl machine I have allows the large plates to hit the ground)

Yes 45 lb weights should work fine.

Does the bench go flat? Or just either inclined or decined?

It does not go flat, it has the slight angle to flip into your hip crease for the curls better. If you are by chance thinking of using this as a dumbbell bench you can't as it sits quite high off the ground vs a normal bench.
