I am confused about the sizes. Medium has two descripotions. Is it for up to 4.5 or 3.5?

I use the medium to keep my two rings together that measure about 4.5 mm. The medium will stretch a little and works better than the wide. I need to put my rings on first, then the ring noodle. Works great!

Does this come with mulltiple ring noodles, or only one?

multiple - and you can cut the noodle for a better fit.

It's a small or medium Ring 2 and 1/2 and 1/2 its spread sheet that wraps around the ring. For wider Rings you need to get the large. I have found this to be the best product of its type so far
