Well… normally I’d provide those of you considering this product with an insightful and thorough product review. I would tell you how well the product works, how easy and accurate the testing process is and I’d go on to say the tester fits nicely onto the spark plugs, coil, distributor and so on… It’s bright enough to see it even in the daylight and that overall it’s a great tool to keep in your toolbox. However… instead of providing a product review for this particular item. I am instead offering a product review on my previous unit that ended up under my truck tire, thus ending its usefulness. So… I bought this one as the replacement but for the life of me, I don't know where i put it and haven’t been able to put it to use yet. Long story is, its a good tool to have and it’s worth the price.

Works with small engines!. NOT REALLY! I bought this to troubleshoot a single cylinder pull start generator. I could not get it to work. After trying it on other small engines I concluded that it works on small ELECTRIC START engines. Pull start engines will not light the tester. For all my electric start engines it worked well.

I bought this for my husband and he said it worked perfectly. Super straightforward to use and helped him quickly figure out which plug was misfiring. Nice solid little tool that does exactly what it’s supposed to.
