I even had one hooking up an amp to a factory deck because I didn't have access to a remote turn on and the remote turn-on setup that I found did not work with what I needed to do and with having the battery in the back of the vehicle it made it 10 times easier to use a remote to control everything and keep everything contained to the trunk. No wiring going anywhere
