Used these to convert my treble hooks to single ones. They worked great but I have big hands and had a hard time controling them. The reason for 4 stars.

I was hesitant because of the price, but KVD has always made a reasonable product. They work excellent for the small split rings on my crank baits. And also cut braided line, tested up to 30 lb and up to 30 lb test mono and fluorocarbon. I ordered another set today so I can have one in my my line and toolbox at home. I keep another pair in my boat. What are you just said, you will not be disappointed.

I thought it would be to small to use but works great. If the pliers were longer it wouldn't work for me. The rings are pretty small and I need to look real close at what I'm doing. Very strong and super easy to split rings on a Rapala HJ8. I would buy it again.

Makes changing the gooks on lures quicker and easier to remove those small split rings.

It works. It’s small and a bit flimsy. If your careful with it you’ll probably be fine
