A mounting tab on the bumper of my car has broken off, will this be suitable for forming a new and strong mounting tab?

I would think so...I repaired a leak in my Jacuzzi with it, and used masking tape as a form.When poured into the form, came out rock hard. Just make sure what u are adhering to is very clean. Good luck

What's the difference between this and the original j-b weld? both work on plastic so is there any reason to get this if i already have the original?

50132 = J-B Weld PlasticWeld has tensile strength of 3900 PSI. I'm assuming the original has a lower strength psi. Depending on your use, original may be sufficient.

What is the difference between this and "plastic bonder" from JB?

not much really. The color is the main difference. Both work great on ABS. Plastic weld does work better on PVC

What will this not adhere to so i can make a small mold for something i need to make

Vaseline or WD-40 will work as a release agent for all J-B weld products.
