Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I'm writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase.I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it's been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it's been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don't know how to talk to customers and won't even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week.If you're out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won't fall victim to this

Reviewing after 9 month of buying:We used the airfryer occassionally (once in 2 weeks). Initially it worked fine but after 7 months it suddenly stopped working while we were in the middle of air frying paneer. We are 2 persons and we eat these evening snacks moderately. That means no over loading, no over using and no daily use of air fryer.Now comes the series of headaches to get warranty service. Till now I have raised 4 tickets in 2 months and finally a person visited last month and said the touch panel is faulty and needs to he replaced and he will come back in a week. Its been another 1 month and nobody bothered to come.I am in a position if someone says that I can buy your airfryer for Rs. 500/-, I am ready to sell right away.Edit No.1:I received a message that said the faulty part received. That means almost after 6 weeks of raising request. AND next day I receive the message: part replaced and request closed. Nobody ever visited me. Now again I will have to follow this 6-7 weeks of process.Koi le jao bhai ye dabba mere ghar se free mein.
