Missing rails
I love the barn door hardware kit but a little disappointed it didn't come with the rail to hang it on. Thats kinda important. If I get the rails free I'll be sure to change this to 5 stars.

Love everything about this door kit! The wood is visually pleasing, and professionally crafted with tongue and groove slats and pre-drilled holes so it assembled with ease. We didn’t used the cross bar wood piece, and it seems fine. No warping!
