Fantastic sunglasses that just happen to be SAFETY glasses.
I've been buying Edge brand safety glasses for nearly 5 years now. I was thrilled to find them on Amazon because "Charlie's" stopped carrying this my usual style. I've had numerous compliments on the look of 'em... people are always surprised that they're "cheap shades". The reality is that they're also way tougher than any other sunglasses too. The polarized lens is great. The best thing about these safety glasses; 1) They have the style of Oakley's without looking like a cheap fake... i.e. they have an original style, but you'd think Oakley made them. 2) They're AT LEAST twice as durable as any other sunglasses you'll own. 3) They fit GREAT on a bigger man's head (I have kind of a big melon). 4) Everything looks great through the lenses (especially through the polarized versions... which I HIGHLY recommend... but I don't call these disposable). 5) These are the shades you love and can ALMOST afford to break or lose. (I have the non-polarized version in "reclus" style for everyday use like mowing/trimming/sawing). 6) Oh yeah... they're ANSI rated safety glasses! (Very safe for every place you'd use safety glasses). 7) Sounds cliche'... but seriously... these make a great gift for that dude you know, husband, friend, BF, etc. Check the other lens choices... some guys like the red reflective... or all black, etc. If you REALLY like the person you're buying these for... even if it's for yourself... get the polarized version. The BRAZEAU style... this pair... I also bought in addition to the Reclus style. I think these are even MORE comfortable than the Reclus... which is also comfortable. I like these a little better because they don't have the rubber tip on the ear-pieces that the Reclus has. That little rubber tip eventually gets squishy and/or comes off... with age... but by that time you'll be ready to get a new pair anyway. With THIS style... that's not a concern as they're 100% solid, slick plastic. SLICK is worth noting... they're actually slick as heck... which makes them super comfortable while you're wearing them, but if you put your glasses up on your head you'll end up dropping these on the ground when you look up or look down. For whatever reason the plastic frames are slick as greased lightening... I don't know how they got the finish this shiny.

Very nice!!!
The glasses are lightweight and very comfortable. Clarity is excellent and you don't have to worry about them breaking since they are flexible. Polarized makes them a no brainer. Very satisfied.

Great for safety, bad for sweat
As a previous review said... there's a ridge above both eyes that restricts air flow and they sit snug to your face. Good for safety bad for sweat. Don't wear these if you are going to be all sweaty. As with all edge optics, great lenses and clear vision. They are a little on the wide side but overall another great edge product

Kinda miss my old Khor's but man these things are great
Owned a few pair of edge glasses over time, breaking them is almost hard to do, never once worried about dropping them or anything like that This new style is taking some getting used to after having lost my last pair but yeah, consistently excellent from a good brand

they look pretty good, fairly stylish
I agree, they look pretty good, fairly stylish, quite presentable - BUT, they ARE just a little too large in width and nose spacing for a medium, somewhat narrow nose and face like mine. Closest thing I could find to the hot Oakley GasCan model for way over $100, and of course, a cheaper lens, but functional for a 6 -12 month pair of polarized sunglasses. Big drawback - definitely too big over the nose for all but fat nose folks. I went to Walmart to get some nose pads, trimmed the stubs off and glued them on to give me a little more elevation, which helped, but is far from perfect. This was a decent, cheap experiment for a pair of white full-size frames, and worth it in that respect.

Better value compared to much more expensive sunglasses
I’ve owned Gatorz and Wiley X sunglasses and thought for the money they failed to impress. These Edge sunglasses fit better and the lenses are more scrath resistant than either of the more expensive brands. Without taking the price into account I think the Edge are an excellent choice. Considering they are 1/2 to 1/4 the cost of the competition, they a a steal!

Buyer beware
I love these! I've been wearing them for a few years. I always buy the polarized version. It says polarized on the lens. However, I recently purchased these from through Amazon and they do not have the polarized marking on the lens. It simply has a sticker on the outside of the packaging that says it. I dont find that acceptable since every picture online shows the polarized marking on the lens. They need to confirm that these are in fact polarized. A sticker isn't going to be enough for me.,
