Living Proof Triple Bond Complex Leave-In Treatment and Hair Mask – Rebuilds Hair Structure, Repairs Damage, Heat Protection, Long-Lasting Results

I was admittedly pretty skeptical of this product since they haven’t yet released the key ingredient or how it works (I think the patent is pending?), but it has truly been a game-changer for my hair. I was hoping for immediate results, so the first few times I used it I was unimpressed, but I’ve been consistent with it for over a month now and the results are incredible, and I am continuing to see improvements now (to the point where I am excited to use it each week). My hair is SO much more manageable, stronger, so smooth and my split ends are pretty much gone! My layers no longer look frazzled despite nothing else changing in my routine. Also, it’s expensive but even with my thicker hair I'm finding that it lasts for quite awhile (I use about 4 pumps once a week). Finally, what I may love most about this product is the ease of use. This is just easy to incorporate into my routine, and after I wait the 10 mins. (this part is key), I can apply my favorite leave-in product and style as usual. I love that this offers heat protection as a bonus. I highly recommend this product for anyone with color-treated hair or heat styling damage, etc. This is truly a product I feel is well worth the price.

This has become a permanent part of my hair regimen. I feel like it’s genuinely helped keep my hair healthier over the years, especially the ends and overall strength. A little goes a long way if you use the right amount for your hair type, and the pump design helps prevent overusing it. The product distributes really nicely once heat is applied, so I can see why they market it as heat activated. Expensive, but worth it to me because the bottle lasts a long time and my hair seems to benefit from it.

I like this product though I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. I didn’t see results on my hair when using it. I did receive a defective one the first time though when I contacted Amazon, they sent me another one. That was nice. But, the bottle is small so the product finished quick for me. I did appreciate that it was lightweight. It did not feel heavy on my hair. I also have fine 30inches long hair with medium thickness so I did need more product but even with that like I said I really didn’t see a big difference. For $45, I would not be buying again. I use this in tandem with K18. That’s what’s best for my hair. I do the 4 minutes for k18, then 10 minutes with a generous amount of this stuff then blow dry. This stuff is really good at making my heat and styling damaged hair feel WORTH IT again. The k18 alone is not enough slip and softness. I HAVE used this alone and I still liked how it thickened my lengths up a bit. I’d say if you use it sans K18, follow the directions, but after the 10 minutes add a leave in conditioner before blow drying.

I picked this up after seeing it recommended in the Abbey Yung method for repairing dry damaged hair, and it has quickly become one of the few bond treatments that gives real, visible results. My hair is thick, naturally dry, and prone to breakage, so most leave-ins either sit on top or weigh everything down. This one absorbs cleanly and feels like it’s actually reinforcing the strands instead of coating them. I noticed the biggest difference when styling. My ends look smoother, my hair feels stronger, and I’m losing fewer pieces when brushing. It doesn’t make the hair sticky or stiff, and the softness lasts between washes. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than you’d expect. If you’re dealing with dryness or chemical or heat damage, this is worth trying. It’s the first product in a while that made my hair feel healthier instead of just temporarily better.

So this product works well however it will leave your hair (if you have fine hair like me) very greasy. So now I use it more like a leave in conditioner, I do not follow the application directions I just scrunch it into my wet/damp curls and that seems to work much better. Also the smell is interesting.

I have been battling high porosity hair for most of my adult life, and I do everything suggested to manage it. Still, at the end of Day 2 after shampooing, my hair loses moisture. Amla oil and silicone products help me, but they only can do so much. My hair usually breaks off below my shoulder blades. So I started researching my hair type and what it needed. I tried k-18 bond repair after reading about it, but I didn't see much of a difference. Because I use Living Proof's leave-ins, I decided to try this bond repair, and it has helped a great deal. The instructions say this product can create covalent bonds, but heat is required. So I took a risk and used an air brush. And it worked! After conditioning, I apply the Living Proof bond repair in a few passes and spreading out with a good bamboo comb. My hair is almost waist length; it takes five to six pumps applied in layers (concentrating on ends) to coat it. Then I put a plastic bag on my hair while getting dressed. Then I apply leave-in conditioners, a good heat protectant spray, and use low heat to dry my hair in sections. When it is 80 to 90 percent dry, I apply a palmful of jojoba oil and wrap it for a few hours in a protective bun or braid. The result is that my hair has not been this shiny since I was a kid, and it retains moisture much longer than before. I did not expect such good results! I do recommend this product. It lasts me a few months at washing every five to six days, and my hair is long (albeit fine). The results are worth the price. And the most important part: my hair is growing longer. Finally. As a gramma. Use your hair dryer or heat cap!

So, I've been using this product for about a month now, and I have to say, my hair feels sooo much better when I use it. It's on the expensive side, but the results might justify the cost for those prioritizing the health and appearance of their hair. Usage Tips: Use What You Need: Given the product's price point, it's advisable to use only the amount necessary for your hair length and thickness. Apply in Sections: A valuable piece of advice is to apply the product in sections, especially if you have a lot of hair. This ensures even distribution and maximizes the effectiveness of the product. Patience for Results: It's recommended to give it 2-3 uses before expecting noticeable differences. Patience is key, and the cumulative impact on your hair's health will be worth the wait. Compre este producto para mi cabello extremadamente dañado y he decir que con solo 3 usos noto ya el cabello mucho mas sano. Lo aplico al salir de la ducha con el cabello húmedo (no mojado), divido el pelo en dos partes y aplico un pump de producto en cada parte después de haberlo activado en las manos hasta que mis manos están completamente blancas, la mejor forma de aplicarlo es haciendo scrunch para que llegue a todas las partes del cabello y lo dejo 10 minutos que actué antes de aplicar otros productos. Es muy importante aplicar calor con el secador para activar el producto y que el cabello quede mejor. Es un buen producto para pelo dañado, ayuda a que se note mas sano y se parta menos, ojala lo hubiera descubierto antes, aunque el bote es muy pequeño cunde bastante.

Doesn’t seem to make much difference to my hair so I feel disappointed considering that is a bit expensive. I won’t repurchase sorry.

Found through Abby Yung... this product is a game changer... as a blonde with highlights & fine hair... its allowing me to grow my hair out longer & thicker. Breakage non existent. I use it almost every wash. Blows Olaplex & yes.... even K18 out of the water!!! Love that you can put it on conditioned hair & makes it fuller & softer. LOVE ❤️
