Will this tool work for the 6-round moon lips for the S&W Governor 45 caliber bullets?

Yes it will work on all caliber Revolvers Moon Clips. Just don't believe this will work on Moon Lips Though Lol..

Can you reuse moon clips with this? How many times?

Both tools are designed to load rounds into your moon clips and remove spent casings from your clips repeatedly and efficiently. If you are reasonably careful, and if your clips are not cheap and thin, your moon clips will last for years. I have loaded/unloaded the numerous moon clips for my S&W mod. 327 so many times over the past few years I have lost count. These tools are essential and well worth the investment.

Will this work with the Smith & Wesson R8 ?

Yes. The kit works perfectly for the Smith & Wesson M&P R8/TRR8. I have loaded /unloaded dozens of moonclips for my R8. On that note, make sure you are using the thicker moonclips (.25 thickness, not .20). TK Custom makes the best ones. Hope that helps.
