What guns does this fit?

Fit was exact on a Beretta 682 Gold E Sporting for me.

Does it soften felt recoil over stock recoil pads?

I did not feel any differences between pads. I bouth this one for better fitting.

Does this fit the a350 Xtrema?

I am not certain. I bought it for the A400 and it's a perfect fit. You can check Beretta's Store or alternatively shoot them a query. They will respond!

Is this thinner than the stock pad for the A400 xcel?

Sorry. I used it on a Beretta Silver Pigeon. It was thinner than stock. I had fitting problems with it. There is a round and a square protrusion on the pad that mates with matching holes in the stock. The holes matched up fine but the pad was 1/2 inch high on the top and 3/8 short on the bottom.
