SLA killers - light & powerful
I installed these into an APC XS1300 to replace the SLA batteries that had failed. The UPS recognizes them and works flawlessly. I'll see how long they last and update if they don't hold up. Outside of longevity, they are much lighter then the SLA batteries and keep the devices plugged into the UPS online longer, as well (using the same load/devices as the SLA batteries).

Misleading Advertisement, But Good Product
This battery is good for some things, but not all things that are shown. A single battery is rated at about 100W constant output and about 255w for 5 seconds. The correct use for this battery is as a short term UPS backup on smaller items like LED lighting, laptops, Wifi routers and cell phone chargers. Incorrect use would include, motors (tools, ride on toys, golf carts. starter motors) medium to large solar storage...any other high current uses (>100W per battery) This battery is designed for a slow and steady output unlike a car battery that is designed for high output for short amount of time. DC motors have a high starting current, over 15 times the run current. Think about all the start/stops on a tool or toy ride on. All that being said, under correct usage (>=1C) the batteries performs much better than lead-acid with a 24v UPS load of 175W AC for 48 minutes vs about 35 minutes before low voltage cutoff. It will be some time before I can comment on the longevity of these batteries.

Very light weight batteries
I like the fact that they came in a matching pair. There are so many things you can use these for. You can build your own solar power generator for charging things. Or powering lights when your power goes out. I am using one of these to power two 12V under the cabinet LED lights in the kitchen and one of the same in the shed. Easily recharged with a 12v battery charger with alligator clips. I found these to be an excellent buy and recommend them.

1 Star – Absolute Garbage. Expensive Lesson Learned.
These batteries are a perfect example of paying more and getting less. I run 10 identical solar-powered trail camera setups. Eight of them use cheap sealed lead-acid batteries. Two were upgraded to these supposedly superior LiFe batteries because I bought into all the marketing hype about longer life, better performance, and superior reliability. What a joke. After just 5 months, both LiFe batteries were effectively dead. Neither will charge above 3 volts. They're nothing more than expensive paperweights now. Meanwhile, the "outdated" lead-acid batteries in my other setups keep chugging along without issue. Some have been in service since November 2024 and are still charging and operating normally under the exact same conditions. Apparently the old technology didn't get the memo that it was supposed to be inferior. What's most frustrating is how aggressively these batteries are marketed as a premium solution. Premium price? Absolutely. Premium performance? Not even close. If a battery can't survive half a year in a solar-powered trail camera application, then all the marketing buzzwords in the world don't matter. And let's talk about the Asurion protection plan. Don't waste your money... its a gimmick. The entire thing feels designed to give buyers a warm, fuzzy feeling at checkout on the "extended" 2 year warranty. When the batteries failed, I expected the coverage I paid for to actually do something useful. Instead, I got a canned apology and was told the batteries weren't covered. Their grand solution was to refund the protection-plan fee. Thanks for nothing. Really., then why is this even offered when you buy the d*** things. So let's add it all up: Batteries failed in 5 months. Batteries won't charge above 3 volts. Cheap lead-acid batteries dramatically outperformed them. The warranty was effectively useless. I paid more for a product that delivered less. I could have walked into Walmart, bought an $18 sealed lead-acid battery, and probably saved myself time, money, and aggravation. Bottom line: These batteries weren't an upgrade—they were a downgrade with better marketing. I won't buy them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone running a solar-powered trail camera setup. Save your money and learn from my mistake.

What an improvement for my UPS!
Holy mackerel I should have done this upgrade a lot sooner. My 6 y/o APC Back-UPS XS 1000 uses (2) 12V / 7Ah sealed lead-acid (aka SLA) batteries which can manage all of about 10 minutes of run time for the 125W it takes to power my internet modem, wifi router and desktop computer... and that's only when they are brand new; after about a year that run time drops to 6 minutes or so, and after 2 years all bets are off whether the UPS will even keep the power on during a 5 second interruption. Once I slotted in these LiFePO4 batteries and ran the self-test to recalibrate the estimated run time it reported I had about 40 minutes! So, 4x the run time and way more expected cycle life than the UPS is likely to survive for about twice the cost of the awful SLA batteries. BTW - it looks like the 10Ah version is the same size as these 7Ah, so would be an even better choice. Also note that the discharge current is limited by an internal BMS to about 10A, so in a UPS application each one is good for about 120W max load (ie - 240W for two in series).

1 failed in 1 year.
Almost lasted 1 year (1). Used in a UPS - worked fine but after last discharge voltage went to zero and won't come back up. I expect it's an open cell internally. Other cell is working (also in a12v UPS). Seller did give me a refund in a timely fashion.
