This card is 13.56MHz writable UID card, can copy mi-fare IC card, used for access control system. you can use rfid device to program this card.

are they compatible with Isonas?

I am not know too much about Isonas, this card is 13.56MHz writable UID card, you need to guarantee the working frequency of your access control device is 13.56MHz.

I bought this product with the intention of being able to write to sector 0, but i can write to all sectors except sector 0, so i can't change the uid

you need a more powerful card reader.
