This grass works amazing. My new puppy prefers the grass over the weekend wee pads. It's super easy to clean and dry. It's small enough to keep inside for potty training and I believe it'll make for an easier transition to potting outside. 10/10 product.

Update: the grass smells disgusting. The urine doesn’t always go through it, so when I change the pad urine spills off. Gross. I am not sure how often I am supposed to hose it off (warm now, so u can do it outside), but hosing it off and letting it dry takes time. I still kinda like it, but it’s gross, I’m sure what to do, I hope my doggie gets used or just a pad, so I can toss the grass, because I don’t want my house to smell like urine. Original review: I bought this for my mature Maltese. The weather has been really bad and it’s very cold for her. She took to it within a week, I put it out where she has her little accidents and then I moved it out of the middle of the room and she continued to use it. My one complaint is the black padding gets disgusting. I washed in the washing machine with oxy wash, soap and in the sanitary cycle and it’s still stunk. I soaked it in vinegar and dawn and OXY and it’s still stinks so I have went to disposable pads. The shredding of the grass is not a problem for me. There were a couple that shredded off when I washed it in the tub, but my dog is not a digger or a chewer so it’s not a problem.

Gave it a 5 star gor the quality and fit. I had to return it because my chihuahua kept hitting the grass and pulling it out of the base. This product is TERRIBLE. It needs to be washed every single time it is used. The grass stays soaked with pee because the layers don’t work as they should. The design is terrible there is not even a mesh to allow pee to go to the bottom. HORRIBLE. The whole house smells like pee. The dog hates to go here because the grass is all wet, and he gets his paws wet with pee and then he walks all around the house. It is better for him to pee on the house than this terrible product. Also he eats the fake grass.

I live in a cold climate, and got this for an older dog that is tiny that doesn't like to do her business outside in the cold. Since she is getting older, we thought we wouldn't force her to go outside and would try this. It works 90% of the time. the other 10% she goes on the floor in other parts of the house. I am grateful for the 90% that it works though. I am not thrilled with the cleaning of it. It has been in the tub, since I can't spray it outside in below zero weather. It is what it is and it has to be done, but kinda a pain. we don't plan to use it in the summer, and hope she will do fine with going outside when the weather warms back up, soon. cleaning stinks (literally), but better than washing the floors several times a day.

Great alternative to pee pads for puppies, I like how it has remove able wet pad that you can throw in the wash and great price spend more on disposable pee pads a month than this and my dogs love it and go this more than their pee pad and it’s great size not huge but not too small for your dog.

My 4 month old Carin terrier has shredded the edges of this thing so bad the turf grass is everywhere. The pungent odor gets so horrible that my puppy won’t even go near it unless I am washing this thing every single day. When it’s freshly cleaned, it works well. I wish it would have come with one more absorbency mat so I can rotate them while washing and I will need to purchase more turf pads just to prevent the disgusting stench from taking over my home.
