Amazon Basics High Density Foam Roller for Exercise and Recovery, 36 Inches, Blue Speckled

I had a persistent knot in my shoulder for a month straight. Not a moment of relief. I bought this on a whim. You have to know how to use it, and if needed use it in unorthodox ways sometimes. However after only like 5 sessions using this in ways that really hurt while still being careful to not cause further injury the knot vanished. A persistent month long pain. Solved in days by this simple roller. If you have neck, back, shoulder, or hip issues this may be a godsend.

I just received this foam roller today and I can say it's really good for the exercises I do for the pelvic floor/hip and lower back areas. It is not too hard or too soft and the foam seems to be of good quality. I like the 36" length as recommend by my PT. So far, I am pleased with my purchase and I recommend this foam roller!

Way too dense for my needs. But if you need a rock solid support, then this is it. It actually made my back pain worse because it was too stiff. My back issues apparently require a soft to very soft option.

Great roller, very firm. The length is perfect for rolling out your shoulders. Wish I had bought one years ago.

Helps with stretching when joints are stiff and stretching after moving around all day. Good size for most stretches, smooth to lay and roll on. Great price for what it is worth.

Not what i thought it would be. Very Hard with no give. I hope this is what is needed when doing the exercise.

I’ve been using this on my lower back I’m really pleased it’s helped with the pain it is very firm but much better than the nobly ones you can get it is rather long thats the only draw back I definitely give this 5 well deserved stars it’s better than the one I used at the gym .
