Mostly good
I cut food several hours a day. Many of these tools have been helpful in saving my fingers. The plastic gripper is the only piece that isn’t the best quality. I don’t use it much but can tell it wouldn’t hold up over the test of time. All other pieces function as expected and are good quality.
