Great quality knife, which has been well made. The knife is well balanced when using. Extremely sharp, cuts through bread like a knife through butter. Pun intended.

A seriously sharp knife with a comfortable and solid handle. The blade, at 10", is longer than our previous breadknife and this is a bonus as you can saw through large loaves without the tip snagging on the crust. It's the best breadknife I've used and seems almost cheap compared to bigger name brands. Mind your fingers though!
