Installed on my 2006 Cummins Ram SRW G56 MegaCab 3500 that I have owned since new. The truck is at about 236,000 miles. When I first got the truck and it had its full 325 HP and 610 foot pounds torque, it felt like it would almost do wheelies in second gear and you stepped on it. For the past 5-7 years, I have been trying to find the missing power as it has felt quite anemic by comparison. I have never raced or wanted to race it. However when it can barely move out of its own way without a load, how can you expect to tow? The short version is, that I have had shops look at it, replaced the original turbo with an OEM replacement, again I do want it to be reliable and not race, and fuel injectors. Nothing has resolved the power problem. UNTIL TODAY! I just received and setup this CT3 unit and set it to the “Performance” setting and it is running really hard and feels terrific. I debated ordering a tuner for years and should not have waited. Clearly, if your truck has other problems this will not fix them and will add stress to the drivetrain along with the power but, for me, I now have the power I need and will set it up for either a tow setting or something modest for good driving power and have my original power or a bit more available. Once I get the EGT added, in the near future, I will be able to monitor the heat and adjust accordingly. As a new customer, it definitely added the performance I am looking for. Time will tell how it works in the long run. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I was hesitant on spending the money on this. But after having it a few days and going through all its options and the tunes I love it! I have an 05 ram 2500 5.9 and just the stage 1 tune makes the truck so much more enjoyable to drive. It’s noticeably faster, shifts better! Stage 3 was kinda scary and I’m not even gonna try stage 4 until I know my trans is solid. Easy to setup, gotta update it first thing but that’s easy to do just takes a little while. The monitoring is awesome. Easy to tune your truck. I think after a few days of owning it and driving the truck that it’s worth the money. I have noticed better fuel mileage since adding the tune to my truck. I like the customization too.

User friendly. Plug and play. Straight foward and supplies the power as advertised. I recommend it to anyone looking for a tuner.

Do not buy this if you are looking for a NEW tuner. The one I purchased was already VIN Locked and we had to go through a pain of a process to get it reset in order to use in our vehicle. After reading the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who had this issue. The listing is misleading as this is clearly a refurbished product.

For being a new product I was not happy with having to install updates to the unit before installing it . I drive a stock 04 ram 3500 long box 4x4 with a six speed manual trans with 301,000 miles on it . I pull a 44' toy hauler that when loaded scales in at 17,000 lbs . I just can't believe the difference in horse power and torque this thing is making along with adding an AFE 2 stage cold air intake . It's like I was back in the day pulling my first camper trailer that weighed half as much as this one . I'm not a racer who goes over 65 mph Pulling my toys so maybe that's why I gained 2.75 to 3.25 mpg according to my truck computer depending on how many Ford or Chevy trucks I want to pass going up mountain passes only to let them fly by me on the flats doing 75 mph . I'm looking forward to installing my BD exhaust brake when it comes in shortly . As for now I will continue to drive my slow 1985 Toyota Camry to work each day like I have for many years with a big old smile on my face knowing I don't need to impress anyone to still be happy and feel blessed. .
