18 inch Leather Messenger Two Pockets

I am a very picky gift giver which is silly because I am not the one using the item. But I want the person I am giving the gift to to be as happy as possible. I must have searched through at least 50 leather laptop bags, and I always came back to this one and I am beyond happy that I did. I gave this to my boyfriend for Valentines Day as he has just got a big promotion at work and I wanted him to have something stylish and sleek yet still manly to fit his new position and he loves leather. This bag was perfect! The craftsmanship is awesome, it smells of quality leather, and feels amazingly smooth. It is not overwhelming with pockets, but is still spacious enough to hold his laptop, charger, notebooks, phone, pens, and other miscellaneous items comfortably without being bulky or looking misshapen. The buckles are sturdy and function easily, even one handed. The strap is strong and the connectors are strong as well. Its been two months and the leather has begun to relax and the bag still looks as amazing as the day he opened it. He has gotten so many compliments on how expensive and good it looks. I honestly don't think he will have to replace this bag for many many years to come, the quality of it is just that good! Added bonus that I won great girlfriend brownie points for giving it to him 😂🤣. If you were on the fence between this laptop bag and another one, do yourself a solid AND GET THIS ONE! You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Incredible quality for the price. I purchased the 15 Inch Retro and loved it, but I was having to make it work with my ridiculously big work laptop - it worked - but it was packed tight. Reluctantly, I was browsing for a larger bag and, low and behold, this bag, a carbon copy of the 15 inch was available. It wasn't available two weeks earlier when I bought the 15 inch. It is exactly the same (though, obviously, 3 inches wider and a little deeper) as the very highly rated and gushingly reviewed 15-inch Retro Buffalo Hunter. I cannot emphasize enough how nice and well made this bag is. I am a fifty-year-old professional and have had many, many bags and briefcases. At a leather goods store, or a Mori Gifts and luggage type of establishment - this bag would easily fetch $400 or more. I am not kidding... and I am not being paid for this review. I really am astounded by the quality and look of this bag for $90. And it has all the space I need for day planner, laptop, cords, chargers, with room to spare. The front pockets have hidden latches under the buckles - so no wrestling with the buckles to get at your stuff. There are nice, lined pockets on the inside to store USBs, mouse, pens, etc. The shoulder strap is easily adjustable, removable, and comfortable. There is a very large, zippered pocket on the back of the bag - the zipper is heavy and high quality. The bag is gorgeous, functional, and genuinely well made - it will be the last bag I buy and I am certain it will last until retirement. I work for a prominent, large corporation and have received multiple compliments about the bag (I really wasn't going for that when I bought a $90 bag, just wanted to stop using a back-pack - I am fifty after all...) Thank you Komal for making an extremely high-quality product at such an affordable price. I don't know how you do it, but I sure hope you are making a good living off of this - you deserve it - Well done!

To say it right off the bat: this bag is nearly perfect, and purchasing it was great decision. Instead of reviewing it the day I received it, which wouldn’t add much beyond the product description, I decided to wait. Now, after nearly three years of consistent use, I feel confident sharing just how great this bag truly is. This bag has stood up to everything Midwest weather can throw at it—temperatures over 100°F, freezing -20°F cold, blizzards, torrential rain, and scorching sun. It’s been tossed into the back of trucks, taken as a carry-on for flights, and endured countless spills of water, coffee, and even beer. Each time, I just wiped it clean, and it looked good as new. I’ve also overstuffed it more times than I can count, and it’s been yanked and pulled by its straps and handles. Despite all that, the bag still looks and functions as perfect as the day I received it. -No wear on the edges. -The stitching is flawless. -All the hardware has held up perfectly. I started this review by calling the bag “nearly perfect” because I assumed I’d eventually find some flaw. But honestly, after all this time, I can’t think of a single issue. Knowing what I know now, I’d gladly pay four times the price for this bag because it’s clear I’ll never need to buy another one. The value here is incredible. Sure, it costs more than cheaper alternatives, but when I consider how long this bag will last, it’s clear I’ll save money in the long run. Before, I used to replace my bags every two or three years. With this one? That’s a thing of the past. If you’re seriously considering buying this bag and reading reviews to make up your mind, let me save you the trouble: just buy it. You won’t regret it.

I am a musician and perform with several different groups on different instruments. I needed something simple but professional to carry my sheet music and items that I would use in various rehearsals so I didn't need to transfer stuff back and forth between music cases (such as my favorite tune, music dictionary, pencils, reed tools, metronome, etc.). I like that this bag has plenty of space for my irregular scores and can hold a lot of music. I can easily keep everything beside me in rehearsals and most of the time I am able to carry my water bottle in the 18 inch pouch because often I have extra space. It has a very rustic, professional look that makes it welcome in rehearsals, pit orchestras as well as the big stages. I did lightly treat the bag with a leather waterproofer agent which darkened the color slightly but it seems to be getting softer and lighter as I use it. The stitching, fabrics used on the interior and durable but soft leather seems to be high quality and something I am looking forward to using for many years to come. I ordered this bag in anticipation of starting a new job as an IT project manager where I'll have a few days in office and other days working remotely. I wanted a nice bag where I'd feel put together and professional on days clients come to the office, fashionable, but still sturdy so it will hold up to getting hauled around for personal and work projects. At the time, I had no idea what size to expect for my work computer, but I decided that going for the bigger bag would be better long-term as I potentially change jobs and laptops over the years. Both my beefy gaming laptop (a System 76 Serval) and wee work ThinkPad fit comfortably along with chargers and other items. Honestly, I'm thinking about just moving my purse contents over to this to cut down on "stuff" I have to carry in from my car! Packaging was really nice and well thought out - the cotton drawstring bag was a nice touch and I plan on making use of it for yarn-related projects, ha ha. As it stands, though, having seen how the bag was packaged I'd be more than happy sending this directly from Amazon as a gift. If other KomalC products are packaged similarly, that would be wonderful! The leather is thick but so very soft, and the smell is of high quality leather. My office definitely smelled *strongly* of leather for a couple weeks, but that has died down a little with use. I didn't see any need to oil or otherwise condition before I started using the bag, and it hasn't shown any sign of staining my clothes. If I have any problems, I'll give this review an update, but I'm incredibly happy with this bag and will be looking at other KomalC products!

For the money, it will be hard to beat this bag. Simple styling, quality materials, good look. Hardware seems sturdy. Leather is thick with a good feel to it. Color is what I was looking for. It's a simple bag for a simple purpose, and that's what I was wanting. I went with the 18" bag because I didn't want to risk the 15" bag being too small. The 18" bag is..... big. Borders on too big for my frame (5'10"), but it's manageable. Could definitely use this as my only carry-on for a 1- or 2-night trip, if I packed light. Can't comment on durability, since I haven't even had the bag for a year, but it appears to be built to last. I would buy this bag again, but might go smaller with the 15" version. My only significant complaint: The shoulder strap is too long. I've tried to adjust it, but the shoulder pad is too small to allow the adjustable ring to pass through, so the range is limited. I contacted the manufacturer, and received prompt feedback. They offered a suggestion that did not solve the problem. When I contacted them a second time with this report, they offered to send a new/wider shoulder pad "asap." I still have yet to receive this replacement pad, or any additional communication from the manufacturer. If I could get that new shoulder pad (since I'd have to cut the existing pad off to shorten the strap further), and adjust the strap length to my preference, I'd give this bag 5/5 stars overall. As it is, I'll live with this strap being too long and hope that the manufacturer reads this review and sends me the shoulder pad as they said they would.

I only got this bag recently, but I bought one just like it for my Husbeast almost a year ago. It is his go-to bag, using it every single day to carry stuff when he leaves the house. Because of how well his has stood up to constant use with seriously heavy loads (the Husbeast tends to carry multiple D&D or other RPG books with him all of the time), I decided to get one for myself when my old bag bit the dust. The workmanship on these is of the highest quality. The stitching is strong, the strap is built with an eye to both comfort and utility, and the clips holding the strap on are designed to hold up under heavy weights. The laptop pocket is padded to help protect your electronics, and it has a velcro strap that holds it closed. The front pockets are the perfect size for my iPad Mini in it's protective case, and the smaller inside pockets fit my iPhone securely but loosely enough that it isn't a struggle to retrieve it. There are the perfect number of pockets, two medium sized on the front, the laptop pocket, the other large pocket in the middle, yet another large pocket on the front, and a zippered pocket on the back. The latches for the flap are a little stiff at first, but loosen up as you use them regularly. The Husbeast just leaves his open all of the time, but I like that I can latch the flap down so nothing falls out and no one can just grab stuff out of it without warning. I know sometimes when you get leather products the color can rub off on your clothing, but that hasn't been a problem at all with this bag. The strap is adjustable in length. The Husbeast keeps it a little shorter so that he can use the bag as a shoulder bag, and I have it at its full length so that I can wear the bag cross-body. I am around 5'4" and with the strap at full length and cross-body, the bag hangs comfortably at my hip or just a little below. I also liked the personal touch of a letter from the craftsman included with the bag. One side had care instructions on it, and the other was a greeting. It was nice, and helps the feeling that you're buying from an actual person instead of a huge, faceless company. I highly recommend KomalC products. They're a reasonable price, almost a steal for the quality you receive. If you're on the fence, take the leap. You won't regret it.

Great bag! Leather is nicely pre-distressed. Hardware looks and feels heavy duty. Lots of room in the bag for tons of stuff.

What did I dislike? ... Nothing. The 18" size is perfect to store everything I take to the office: laptop, cables, e-Ink note-taking tablet, lunch box, 600ml water bottle, glasses case, wallet, and other bits and bobs. And there is still room to spare! The bag is made from high quality (thick) leather, and the stiching and lining are good. I also like the metal zip on the back pocket - much better than the cheap nylon zips on some other brands. The clasps and buckles are high quality and pretty heavy. They certainly 'feel' right. The included adjustable leather strap is also plenty long, allowing one to carry it on the shoulder or across the body - and still allowing easy comfortable access. The look of the bag is as advertised - dark brown distressed leather. It comes totally enclosed in a cream-coloured linen drawstring bag which protected the bag itself during shipping. Although some people may not like it, there is a new leather smell to the item. I like it, and it isn't overwhelming in my opinion. I expect the aroma will disappear with use over the coming days. All-in-all, this is a high quality product that I expect will last a long time - even with moderate to rough daily use. I'm looking forward to using this messenger bag daily as I commute to and fro from my office. I recommend this product as good value for money, as similar items in luggage goods shops cost three times the price at half the quality.

Pour ce prix je m attendais a un truc bas de gamme et moche d autant plus que les photos de presentation ne donnent pas trop envie mais il me fallait un cartable de plus de 43 cm pour mon pc portable et cette taille ne courre pas les rues. J ai ete bluffė par la qualite de l objet,le cuir est superbe,souple, velouté, la patine est tres discrète (sur les photo on a l impression d une ruine trouvée dans une poubelle) la fabrication est minutieuse, les ferrures sont haut de gamme (bronze/laiton massif) les fermetures sont les plus belles que j ai vu. Il y a un compartiment rembourré pour le PC Si l on pouvait mettre 20 etoiles je les mettrais N.b la semaine derniere j ai achete un sac de voyage en buffle du meme style chez rustic town, j ai du le maquiller au cirage pour atténuer son look pouilleux. Je regrette de n avoir pas acheter ce sac chez ce fabriquant. SANS HESITATION JE CONSEILLE CE FABRIQUANT pour la moitie du prix du meme objet en cuir de chevre (le cuir qui pue) vous avez un cuir magnifique

Die Laptop-Tasche ist echt Wahnsinn. Habe sie für meinen Mann bestellt für die Arbeit. Versand war top, gut verpackt mit Stofftasche. Nach dem auspacken war ich super begeistert, denn die Tasche sieht richtig robust,gut verarbeitet und wertig aus durch das Büffelleder. Alle Verschlüsse schließen und scheinen sehr langlebig zu sein. Sie ist sehr groß mit super viel Stauraum. Wollte eigentlich eine Größe kleiner bestellen,hatte dann aber Angst dass keine Ordner und Laptop und was man so noch braucht reinpassen. Aber bei dieser Größe passt mega viel rein:) War ein Geschenk für meinen Mann,ist perfekt für Männer die immer nichts haben wollen:) Ihm gefällt sie sehr gut. Würde ich sofort für diesen Preis wieder bestellen,ist ein richtiges Schnäppchen.

Torba prezentuje się naprawdę świetnie. Jest duża, bardziej pod laptopa 17 - 19 cali. Wygląda bardzo solidnie, ma 3 duże przegrody oraz 2 mniejsze. I tu jedyna uwaga: brak wewnątrz jakieś małej, zamykanej, najlepiej na zamek, przegródki np. na pendrive. Jest wprawdzie kieszeń na zamek z tyłu torby, ale brak mi jakiejś małej, zamykanej wewnątrz. Poza tym zero zastrzeżeń. Polecam.

My son has been looking for a leather messenger bag for several years. Many of the bags we've looked at have been a thin 'veneer' of leather applied to another material so you know that, with very little wear and tear, the bag will be tatty and worn out in a very short time. These bags can be spotted by the binding on the edges. Not so with this bag. You can see the thickness of the leather at the edges (no binding to hide thin veneers here) in the photographs. Then, when you actually get the bag, you can feel the quality from the leather to the stitching, to the straps, all the materials used, it's all very strong and reassuring. It looks good, it feels strong and sturdy. Lots of handy pockets inside, too. I'm fully confident that this will withstand everyday use, full of heavy laptop, books etc. The price was excellent for the quality. A similar bag on the high street would cost at least £200 more.
