can you listen to XM radio through this?

This is not a Sirius/XM Radio. It is an Internet Radio Tuner with the FM broadcast band (terrestrial radio) as well.

Does the somg title /artist feature (rdms) work on fm portion of the radio ?

Yes it displays the station call sign and the song title on FM, not all stations transmit RDS but if they do you will see it on the display.

How many wifi networks does it store? it is portable and i take it work and home will it retain those router credentials? same q for bluetooth.

I think only one network is stored, but switching to another network takes less than a minute. I haven't used the Bluetooth on it yet. Of course you could have one radio for home and one for work.

Can i get a link to all of the stations around the world?

they give you a website to go to on another device and pick out a station or stations that you want added to the radio. Then you put in the IP address of your radio and it sends that station to your radio.
