Soft Jaw Plumbing Pliers

I needed soft jaw pliers to replace the aerator on my bathroom Sink. Didn't want to scratch or otherwise damage the finish on the faucet. These pliers worked perfectly.The price was a little bit high, but got the job done.

Works great on pc watercooling fittings. Handle isn't very comfortable but overall a decent tool.

I needed a plieers with a soft gripper so that it sould not mare the plumbing, this was exactly what I needed, nicely made.

I should have read the reviews first. These were terrible. They have no grip and just spin around the pipe.

Didn't work as well as hoped. Rubber kept coming off.

These pliers work a lot better than expected. Construction and materials used are perfect for its intended use.

I bought these to repair a faucet. Last time I used vise grips and a towel but let marks. These provided no grip at all. On the plus side, they didn’t mark up the faucet. Used a leather glove and vice grips. That worked without leaving marks but was a awkward.

Out of all the soft jaw pliers I have, theses are the best.

The tool was bought with the intention of tightening chrome plated tubing on new hot-water radiators. Though the jaws grip tightly the nylon surface slips, and you can't apply sufficient pressure. I added small strips of rubber to the jaws with carpet tape and that gave the non-slip needed. In may case the rubber was from pond liner but pieces of old tire inner tube works too. The nylon jaws are intended to avoid scratching the surface of the tubing but don't exert enough pressure to work properly.
