Stray PS4

I got this for my partner for Christmas and I watched him play the whole thing from beginning to end. I think the world building was really good, as well as the characterization of the cat was quite accurate to how cats tend to behave. The story was engaging and I really felt invested emotionally in both the development of the robots inhabiting the world and of the future of the cat who is the main character. The game is a little bit short, but that just means that it's easy to platinum 🙃

Fantastic little game, took about 8 hours to complete. Sold it in cex for more than what I paid for it brand new on amazon so very happy about that.

Really fun unique game with a great mysterious story that keeps you engaged.

I've been meaning to get Stray for a while, after seeing it being advertised when the PS5 came out. I kept delaying the purchase for one reason or another, but having now bought & played it I'm glad I took the leap. Firstly, the game is short - not unexpectedly short, but still short enough to complete in a couple of dedicated sittings. This, to be fair, is no bad thing - I think it could have got a bit repetitive & boring if it had gone on longer. The controls are simple and the concept of the game isn't particularly challenging, but for me what makes it so good are these little moments of joy that are really touching for people who either have a cat or are familiar with what a cat is. For example, I can press a button to make my character meow (in various ways). Occasionally my character will curl up and take a nap. I could get distracted by a shiny tin can. All these moments made the game special & unique, while also acknowledging the intricate lives of our feline companions. Stray is a neat little game that is great for younger teenagers and people who enjoy a short experience that makes them think without putting (too much) pressure on their moral compass. You're a cat. There's really not much more to say!

I love this game, fast delivery as wll, in the box with the DVD has some nice prints from the game.

Stray is a masterpiece of atmospheric storytelling and easily one of the most creative games on the PS4. Playing as a lost ginger cat in a decaying cybercity feels completely fresh, and the attention to detail in the cat's movements—from the way it arches its back to how it playfully knocks items off shelves—is just incredible. The world-building is top-tier, with neon-lit alleys and a mysterious robot-populated society that kept me hooked from start to finish. The relationship between the cat and its drone companion, B-12, adds a surprising amount of heart to the story. Despite running on older hardware, the visuals are breathtaking and the performance is smooth. If you're looking for a short, meaningful adventure that stands out from the usual action games, Stray is the cat's pyjamas!

This game was really fun. A nice cosy game where you play as a cat and explore the new world he finds himself in. I finished it in about 5 hours total. Was not too difficult and I really enjoyed the interactions with the robits.

Es war wirklich klasse und hat Spaß gemacht. Wir haben im ersten Durchgang knappe 10 Stunden gebraucht. Und im 2. haben wir uns als Ziel gesetzt zügig durch zu kommen und nur nach den Notenblättern zu suchen. 5Std15min. Überlegen ob wir einen 3. Run starten wo wir wirklich versuchen alles zu finden. Es hat mir und meiner Freundin sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Wir würden uns wünschen es wäre ein bisschen umfangreicher. (Eventuell wäre ein Bonusabschnitt in dem man einen Hund spielt noch ein nettes Feature gewesen.)

so good and i like it

Es un juego más bien corto, la verdad, pero te mantiene intrigado y enganchado hasta el final. Es de esos modo historia que sigues un recorrido a medida que avanzas en el videojuego, aunque también incluye pequeños mundos abiertos dentro de ese recorrido. La historia está separada por capítulos y, pese que siempre nos encontremos en el mismo lugar (una enorme ciudad llena de misterios), cada capítulo es único y poco comparte con el anterior. También lo veo muy adecuado para todas las edades, ya que no tiene en absoluto lenguaje inadecuado, miedo/terror, abuso/discriminación ni cualquier otra de esas que salen en PEGI INFO. Bueno sí, la de violencia, pero es de risa! Lo único "violento" que verás será como explotan unos parásitos de dibujos animados al alumbrarles con una lucecita jajajajaj
