I’ve been using this with my nebuliser several times a week and have had no issues with the quality. I like having it as part of my routine, rather than waiting until I’m dealing with congestion. I’ve also tried the 7% solution and personally found that one did more for me, although it can be a little too salty for some people. Because of that, I think the 3% is a good option for anyone who finds the stronger solution too much. I find this useful when the seasons change or the weather gets damp, and I use it to help keep things in check. The individual vials are also convenient for nebuliser use.
