I’ve been using this with my nebuliser several times a week and have had no issues with the quality. I like having it as part of my routine, rather than waiting until I’m dealing with congestion. I’ve also tried the 7% solution and personally found that one did more for me, although it can be a little too salty for some people. Because of that, I think the 3% is a good option for anyone who finds the stronger solution too much. I find this useful when the seasons change or the weather gets damp, and I use it to help keep things in check. The individual vials are also convenient for nebuliser use. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to others who use saline with a nebuliser.
