would this work on a swann cctv system

Dear Sylvia W? Could you give me a little more info about your cctv system? How new is it. I'm only asking this question because my mouse is quite elderly (by tech standards) and I don't want to recommend something that is (or will be obsolete) I use a mouse and a clunky "old-fashioned" laptop and PC because I'm physically-disabled.
