Excellent Bluetooth+Wired Computer Speakers / General Purpose Small Speakers. Going 6+ Years Strong
I own two of these. They are my favorite speakers ever owned!I bought the first for $40 in 208 when my old Altec Lansing computer speakers finally gave out after ~9 years (due to a faulty cord, which I could have fixed, but I wanted something bluetooth.) and I'm very happy with them. They're largeish, but the size is mostly vertical so they don't take up much space on a desk. The built-in stand makes each speaker fairly stable: if they get knocked over, it'll be to the side, but even there they are quite stable.Bluetooth works great. I bought these because they had both a wired and bluetooth connection, and both connections work just fine. There's a headphone jack in the front of the speaker, which I have used just to test it out (and it works), but I never actually use it. I have connected these to both my laptop and phone, and I've now used them with multiple laptops and multiple phones over the years, and they work seamlessly with both. I'm often surprised at how far I can walk away from these with my phone, without the sound quality deteriorating at all. Like I've hosted parties and played a playlist from my phone and I walk around the house and even go outside and you can go surprisingly far away before it starts glitching or getting scratchy.Sound quality is excellent for this price range. Bass is surprisingly good for a system without a subwoofer. I am really impressed. It does sound thin relative to systems with a subwoofer, but I have never found a speaker with better bass that is not either much larger or much more expensive.I find it odd that people are complaining that these aren't loud enough: what are you trying to use them for? It's a $40 pair of computer speakers for a desk: what do you expect? I have a huge living room and they fill the room even without turning them up fully. If I turn these up the whole way, it's loud enough that it's unpleasant to stand right next to them, and perhaps loud enough that the cops might get called. Yes, these wouldn't be suitable to host a dance party in a large hall, but they're plenty loud for what they're sold as: certainly able to go a lot louder than a lot of computer speakers in a similar price range.I'm very happy and I recommend these highly. My first pair of these has lasted nearly 7 years and is still going strong. I bought a second pair. The price has now gone up to just over $60 but it's still a good deal at this price. The old pair has no issues with the exception that the LED light no longer switches between blue (when connected to bluetooth) and green otherwise. Instead it just always shows green. However this is a minor complaint. I'm happy when a piece of electronics lasts 6+ years, and I'm cautiously optimistic that I'm going to get many more years out of these.

Great for laptop on AUX 3.5 mm jack AND another BlueTooth source (Google Nest Hub) at same time
UPDATE: These are the best speakers at this price point you can buy. Do it. I just did my 3 tests: 1) Dvorak Piano Quartet in D major; 2) Kinks "To the Bone" version of "Lola" and; 3) Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here". Tone, spatial BS..., whatever, these sound like music. Oh, the bass is lacking but, come on, look at the footprint. I don't know if you can DM here but if you buy these and don't like, I'd love to know. These are honestly very good. Nice to have the AUX 3.5 mm jack (patch cord included) to connect the laptop and Bluetooth for my Google Nest Hub. It plays both audio streams simultaneously with no mess and no fuss. Added the phone as a second Bluetooth source and I haven't quite figured out how to seamlessly switch between two BlueTooths using Logitech's "Easy‑Switch" technology but that is probably pilot error. Seems I end up disconnecting from one and connecting the Z207 to another in the phone's settings or the Google Home app as appropriate. No biggy. Awesome speaker solution even with my deficient operator skills. Sound is far more balanced (less tinny) than the laptop and the Google Nest Hub speaker. Built-in amp lets me fix low laptop volumes on some streamed content. I specifically looked for amplified speakers with a power brick and the AUX capability vs. a USB-only solution but that's just me. Your mileage may vary.

Great product for the money. Awesome design, and great sound
Great product for the money. Can’t go wrong with these speakers. Here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly:They’re a great space-saving design for those who have a limited amount of space on their desk. I purchased them in black so that they match with my other desk accessories. I must say though that the rubber/silicone strips on the bottom don’t do much to prevent these speakers from sliding around a bit if you accidentally bump them on your desk. Seems to fall a bit short in that regard.Next, the sound quality is great I must say, especially for a small speaker of its size. That being said, the bass isn’t great on it. It’s fair enough and has a nice sound, but it won’t blow you away by any means. These speakers get sufficiently loud by the way...just make sure you have your device sound settings up all the way first in order to achieve max volume otherwise it won’t get nearly as loud as it could. My only other complaint is that it’s next to impossible to see what level the volume knob is at unless you shine a light directly at it. There’s a little dot to show what the sound level is at, but it doesn’t stand out at all. They should’ve made the dot lighter than the knob or something. No big deal, just a minor design flaw in my opinion...doesn’t affect performance at all whatsoever.Let me sum this all up by saying that I bought this set after doing a couple hours of searching for a good Bluetooth, desktop speaker set to use with my iPad, iPhone, etc. For years I had been using Labtec brand speakers but wanted to downsize. To my surprise, I found out that Logitech bought out Labtec close to 20 years ago.All in all, great purchase and I’d definitely recommend this to others who are in the market searching for a good desktop speaker set.

Good Deal for What You Get
I got these to replace a similar earlier model of Logitech speakers that I'd had for years (the cord attaching them to the microphone jack finally wore out). They aren't hifi, and they lack a subwoofer, but they do the job. I listen to music with them -- mostly classical radio, which isn't hifi to begin with -- and they're fine. They fit into a very small footprint on my desk, yet they can fill the room with sound with no noticeable distortion.I chose them because they don't require a USB port. My laptop has only two USB ports, and they're both occupied, so I don't have one to spare. The speakers plug into the wall (or a power strip) as a power source. Then they connect to the computer via your choice of Bluetooth or the microphone jack. Connecting to Bluetooth was smooth and easy.I have one tiny complaint. In their zeal to make the design all black, the designers made the dot on the volume control black, too. (On the speakers I replaced, it was white.) Thus, it's almost impossible to see where the volume is set.

Sound's great!
Exactly what I've wanted since i got my new PC Great sound and great value for the price! Two thumbs up.

Average and slightly overpriced
These replaced my bose companion II after they started crackling. Had those for nearly 20 years. Average sound quality. Bluetooth is nice as I can use music apps on my phone to connect to it easily. Can't handle loud bass as it'll start to crackle and sound muddy. Easy to install. Low wattage is good.

Good value and quality
This pair of speakers replaced a pair of Altec Lansings, one of which finally gave up the ghost after 30 years of service. The sound of the Logitech speakers is clean (my top criterion for all audio equipment), and if they are lacking some of the highs and lows, there's only so much a speaker this size and price can do. I like that the power switch/volume control can be accessed easily from the front. I connected them to a desktop using the enclosed speaker cable to keep my Bluetooth channels available. The right and left speakers are permanently connected by zip cord, but that fits right into how I place them, so no complaint. The one caution relates to how they were packed--it was difficult to remove them from the box. Once such a battle has started, it is too easy to grab onto some kind of hold on the speakers. That could lead to damaging the speakers before you've had a chance to hear them.

Awesome speakers
Logitech Z207 speakers sound excellent. Not only is the sound quality great, but these speakers are able to be loud.

Excelente custo benefício.
Excelente custo benefício mesmo comparando com outro modelo mais simples da própria Logitech. São produtos para a vida toda. Tenho um mouse da marca que funciona há mais de 20 anos!

Not an audiophile, but these sound great!
I'm not an audiophile whatsoever. I have no opinion when it comes to various speakers and their "rich mids" or "strident bass tones". I saw these were well-reviewed and in my budget, so I bought them. And they're perfect for my needs. I'm not editing video or audio tracks, just listening to music and games. I love that you can connect them with Bluetooth. However, there's not much point to be honest because the difference between not having a wired connection and having a wired connection is one wire. These speakers are already connected by a wire and the power is another wire, so you're not gaining much by not using the provided AUX cord. Though I suppose if you had a configuration in which you could only provide power and not reach the source with a cable, then these are still stellar. I compared the sound quality of Bluetooth vs AUX, and honestly, it's precisely the same.I gave three stars to bass because I had to go into Windows settings and boost the bass from there artificially. There is no sub with these speakers, so this is to be expected.

Good product
Good product. A small comment on the bass which is a little powerful and overtakes the rest.
