what is the length (tip to tip) and diameter of the rod? A universal rod I bought has too large of a diameter and is too long. Thanks for a response

The length of the rod is 6.25”, the diameter of the rod is 3/16”. I bought a universal one and had to return it at the local store. This one is the right and works well. Hope it helpful.
