I picked this up to add some cardio to my body recomposition routine and for the price I am honestly amazed at the quality of this jump rope. It feels very sturdy in your hands and the weight gives it a really nice feel when you are getting a good sweat in. It is also incredibly easy to adjust the length to fit exactly what you need without having to deal with any complicated tools or cutting wire. The self locking mechanism holds tight so it never slips while you are jumping and the cable really is tangle free just like it claims. I have been using it pretty heavily for my workouts and it holds up great without any issues. If you are looking for a solid rope that does not break the bank this is definitely the one to get.

Great speed rope for the price! Perfect for double unders! I love that the rope is attached to a swivel on handle so the rope never gets tangled while jumping! Handles are light weight; rope is quality. Good product value and design.

Looks good. Comes with two plastic covered cables, one set of handles, and a storage puch. Length is easily adjustable, and comes set up ready for use. I wouldn't cut the cable, as it'd likely be impossible to get back into the handle.

I know this is a super late review, but better late than never. I made my purchase in January of 2021, it's now July 6th of 2016, I feel this has been one of the greatest purchases in my life. I purchased 1 unit, have used it at least 4 times a week for 20-30 minutes per use, & it's still functioning great. Thank you for the great quality product. I'm going to start ordering more of these jump ropes to give as gifts.🌞

I love the affordability of this rope. Its weight creates a great balance and the material gives it durability on a concrete floor. Will definitely recommend for outdoor use.

This jump rope is fun and very freaking FAST, especially if you’re new to speed ropes, so give yourself some patience (and maybe expect whip marks 😅). The bearings are ELITE and spin smoothly. While the handles are smooth, their shape allows for a secure grip, so slipping isn’t much of an issue even when your hands start to sweat. I still wipe my hands occasionally just to be safe! Adjusting the rope length was quick and easy, and honestly, the handles are the best part of this setup.I’m giving it 3 stars for durability. Even using it mostly on soft, smooth surface, the steel core starts to become exposed after about 6 weeks (3–5 times use per week). It does include a spare rope, but that one lasted about the same. I use it at max effort and for tricks, and while the bearings move well, the rope itself is fairly stiff and tends to tangle during trick work.Overall, it’s a solid piece of equipment and you’ll get your money’s worth for learning and having fun. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s a good rope for beginners or casual use.

Ya la tuve durante un año, la uso diario 30 minutos, las cuerdas si se rompen y si se queman como en la reseña más votada, pero es de esperarse cuando se usa tanto. Yo si la recomiendo, los dos cables me dieron un buen año de uso, la calidad es muy buena y no tengo mayor queja. Si tan solo vendieran los cables por separado, serian perfectas.

Best rope around. Love that there are 2 different ropes to switch from. The bearings are smooth. Great price for great quality.

Overall I won’t be using it as it hurts when you hit your legs. Faster than a normal plastic rope but painful when you miss and it hits your legs.

The rope looks great BUT after using it only one, the self locking mechanism on one side doesn't work so I now have a new but useless rope! I tried to contact customer support and the email doesn't work. I guess I will be throwing this one away and getting a new one. What a waste of money...

Seems like the quality is solid and the price is very fair for this good quality. Time will tell, but pleasantly impressed so far!
