Correct sizes, Good quality.

I bought some 12V barrel jack sockets and plugs without the pig tails and went to solder some 18 AWG on by hand.... yeah, no, that's not something I want to do. With that much metal in the body (the socket is really bad), takes forever. These are worth the little bit more, well made, and the wire is good quality. I'd love for some options on wire length (I want 24" on the socket end), it solves a lot of other frustrations I was having. I popped into Amazon to buy some more, and figured I should leave some love if I like them that much.

I hate soldering and I hate crimping. I'll do it if I need to but when you have decent pre-made cables like these, it makes some jobs so much easier. These are paired, so you have both male and female ends and they have a nut to secure the panel mount. Using it with a 24v 10a supply and they are working great. For the exposed side, I just used WAGO connectors and they fit perfectly.

I'm an idiot. Ordered 2.5mm instead of 2.1mm. the plugs are very nice though!

Used for quick connecting trickle charger to Honda eu3000 generator to keep up the battery for the electric start.I like the waterproof cap even though I keep the generators sheltered, it keeps the dirt and dust out of the socket. Since the battery is hidden, I used this power connector plug and socket to make an easily accessible port to charge and maintain the battery. I also made a pigtail to hook to the trickle charger plug so I didn’t have to cut the plug on the Noco genius 1 so I could still use the Noco clamps. Works great.
