The first picture was about 20-25 minutes after spraying it. It did take a while to dry but other than that the product is awesome. I personally didn’t want to buy it because of the price but if you buy a mist bottle on Amazon, the product will last longer and cover more balloons with less product. The mist bottle will cost about $9-$10 maybe less. The first picture of the balloon garland was after I had made the garland and sprayed it. Make sure that wherever you spray it you have something to cover the spraying area because the product is oily and you don’t want to ruin someone's floors or have someone slip. The balloons will feel oily even after drying but that’s part of why it works so well. The second picture is the day after, and the balloons that were sprayed looked exactly the same. The third picture is to show you the balloons in the back of the garland that were not sprayed and had oxidized 15 minutes after setting it up because of the weather.
